Family vacay

We really enjoyed our stay here as the home provided everything we could have asked for and more! Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was ideal after coming back from the beach. The home is brand new and meticulously upgraded which exceeded our expectations. We loved that it was only minutes from the beach and a golf cart ride away. This is our second time staying in this area and we would love to come back again!

Amazing Time! We had a fantastic stay, the property was perfect for our family on our first visit to 30a. All living spaces were well presented and the nearby beach was easy to get to. The included bonfire night was so fun! We have never had a beach bonfire before, kids LOVED it A lovely quiet area, we would not hesitate to return. Thank you!

Perfect Gated Beach House

My family loved staying here. The house was clean, it was roomy, and comfortable. The beach is just a short golf cart drive away. The bikes were nice, the game of bags looked good. Plenty of room for our family of 7, so no one was underfoot.
