Great Family Vacation

The house and location are great! Kitchen well stocked which is a plus. One improvement needed is the cleaning service. As well as cleaning upholstery on furniture.

You can walk out the front door and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes! The house was beautifully decorated and had a nice homey feel. We can’t wait to go back! Royal destinations was a great company to work with as well. Very prompt in response and willing to help!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for a mother daughter trip. It was nice to have the ping pong table, golf cart and lots of space. The moms enjoyed coffee on the porch and wine & yoga in the crows nest! The location was ideal for us! Easy walk to the beach and shops and dining. The only thing we would suggest is to stock the house with essentials like salt, pepper and olive oil.

We had 5 children 5-14 years old.7 adults 32-83 years old!!! 3 people stayed in guest house over garage, it was great because they could come to main house by way of upper deck, only complaint the lower mattress was not comfortable for my 2 daughters that slept on it.

Pictures don’t do it justice

We have stayed at many houses accross the country, and this house, in our opinion, was one of the best house we have stayed in. This house far exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and located within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and Restaurants. There was no detail that was not attended to. The house looks far better than the pictures. I had a couple of questions during our stay and was able to actually speak to a representative who promptly answered my questions. We will definitely stay at this house again when we return.

Charming house for a crowd close to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous vacation at Seaside in this house where we had 14 people for a week. The house has a great location! Maybe a 3 minute walk to Watercolor beach access and pool and 10 min to the food trucks. The house has plenty of bedrooms- the kids loved the bunk room- and the young adults loved the carriage house. We enjoyed the large living room and kitchen and spent lots of time on the decks. The lookout space was a favorite hangout for the kids. We loved the ping pong table and foosball! We did rent the golf cart for the week and that was perfect to take the grandparents around in and go to the grocery store. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and even some extra pillows in the closets, which was nice. Downsides- the main downside was just that the couches and chair fabrics and couch pillows needed a good cleaning/refreshing. The sinks in the carriage house were slow and there was 1 full sized and 1 small fridge- so we just bought what was needed for the day. Probably not a problem if you have a smaller group. The management staff was prompt to respond, which is always nice. Overall, we loved the house, the location and the comfort. I would definitely rent this one again!

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful, inside and out and there was plenty of room for all of us. My only negative is that the cleaning crew didn't clean the floors properly. They were kind of filthy. Otherwise the location was perfect, so close to the beach and resort. Would definitely recommend it.

The outside porches were perfect for relaxing. It was quiet in December. The location was great, close to everything and easily accessible by golf cart and bikes. There are a lot of steps to keep in mind if you have an elderly person with difficuty walking. We will definitely go back
