One of the best stays I've had!!

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my recent stay here. Plenty of covered parking, great kitchen and living area. Comfortable bedrooms with nice closet space! Walking to the beach was close and easy too. Close to great dining as well. I will book here again most likely sooner than later!

Our Beach Stay at Eastside Wave

Spent four days in August 2025 there with my two daughters, two granddaughters, and great grand baby twins. What an absolutely wonderful property, so spacious, bright, and comfortable! Huge well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating for all in the great room. Short walk to the beautiful beach. We had everything we needed and it truly exceeded our expectations!!

Can't wait for next year!

We had such a wonderful stay. We didn't realize how close it is to the beach! The beach was not crowded at all. We heard throughout the week about how seaside and other places were three deep with tents, but we had no issue at all being right in front of the water and didn't feel crowded at all. We were close to grayton beach restaurants and we even walked to hurricane oyster bar for dinner one night. What a great place, no issues, and checked every box we could ask for! We are going to book next years trip ASAP!!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Eastside Wave! We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings. The neighborhood is wonderful – peaceful, quiet, and just a quick drive or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The beach access is literally 100 steps away - we counted! The home was absolutely immaculate when we arrived, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed – so easy to settle in and feel right at home. It's the perfect spot for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Can't wait to come back!

Family Beach Trip!!!

Enjoyed the location very much. Great house, comfortable, easy to sleep and hang out with a family in. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet, surrounded by state park so the beach was not crowded, and our kids could ride scooters and bikes around the neighborhood safely. Yet, there is still great access to multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance and plenty more with a 5–10-minute drive. Great house set up and location to enjoy the beach with the family and with ease!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway - 5 Stars All the way around!

The rental home offered a truly luxurious experience near the coast. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, providing ultimate comfort and relaxation. The proximity to the beach allowed for easy access to the sand and waves. It was a truly memorable vacation, exceeding all expectations. This type of getaway is highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. The pool is heated which was amazing for accommodating the cooler weather with plenty of lounge area it also included a grill. It had the perfect sunset view to end the day. It was very spacious and perfect for a family beach vacation.

Great Family Beach House Rental

We recently stayed in this beach house for my kids' spring break. It worked great for the multi-generations we had staying there (ages 5 to 70 ). Plenty of room for our big group, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was so close to the beach, so that made it very easy to make plenty of trips back and forth to the house with small children. The best part of the house was probably the HEATED pool, which is a game changer for a March visit. When it was a little cooler in the mornings, our kids were out swimming, and it felt wonderful. We cooked most of our meals at home, so it was great that they had a fully stocked kitchen. We did go out to eat a few times, and there are some great restaurants within a short distance. We even rode our bikes to lunch one day! The house is in a quiet/private neighborhood, so there weren't any crowds on the beach, and our kids could ride bikes without the worry of being on a main road. We will definitely come back to this house!
