Great home near Seaside without any of the private beach issues at our entrance!

This charming Sea Grove home is a relaxing place for couples, friends and families. 'Go Fish' has been recently renovated and professionally decorated. Our home is located in 'Grove By The Sea' which is an exclusive community situated less than 1/2 mile to the beach and a mile from downtown Seaside. The neighborhood is ideal for kids to play and ride bikes.

You can relax on the private, screened porch, walk to the beach, or take a dip in the pool just yards away from the house! Be sure to bike into Seaside (about five minutes on bicycle) for shopping, restaurants, free evening movies, and family fun on the quad! Our beaches are never crowded and are a short ten minute walk or two minute bike ride.

'Go Fish' has a charming screened-in porch and inside our home you will find a beach cottage atmosphere. This is a one-story home. There is a gourmet kitchen equipped with every appliance to meet your cooking needs. The kitchen is open to the living area and divided by an island. There is a dining table inside and one on the porch. We also have a back porch with a gas grill.

The living area has a large sectional, a smart tv, and cable. The master bedroom has a king bed and it's own bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has 1 bunkbed, a twin and a single pull out trundle. There is a washer and dryer and another full bath adjacent to the secondary bedrooms.

Outside you will find a delightful private, outdoor shower as well as a large screened in porch with seating and a dining table.

The beach entrance is directly across the street from our neighborhood entrance. This area of the beach does not have any homes owning down to the water line so we do not have any issues with private beach areas or roped off beach access. Our beach does not have the crowded issues many people are running into on 30A, there is always a place to sit and I have never seen our beach with more than one row of chairs/umbrellas along the water.

Clean home and had everything we needed. Great location for kids to ride bikes. We rented bikes and used the beach access across the neighborhood that only allows bike parking. The beach access was great because beach was not crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Updated cozy cottage charm in quiet neighborhood

Appreciated the updated decor, the updated bathrooms. Showers were sublime. Master king was very comfortable with high quality linens. Enjoyed reading on the front screened in porch. Cottage gad everything we needed from kitchen pits and pans, blender, outdoor gas grill. Perfect dining table for family games. Location a walk or bike from Seaside, but away from the crowds. Neighborhood pool and tennis court were practically empty. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

House was just as described, We would definitely stay here again. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook on nights we stayed in. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I recommend renting bicycles and/or a golf cart to get around. Can’t wait to go back!

Loved staying at this house. Was perfect for our family and our kids friends. Great 3 bedroom. Kitchen had all the necessities and more. Loved the screened in porch and used it a lot. Has gas grill that was great as well as outdoor dining area in screened porch. Decor was beautiful and comfortable.

Spring Break 2023

My family stayed at this property for spring break 2023. I have 3 teen boys and this is their favorite location for SB. The house was perfect. It was clean, the perfect size, and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is a great location. A short bike ride to the beach and Seaside Square. My favorite part of the house has to be the screened porch. I spent every morning on the porch enjoying my coffee and the sound of the birds. At night I loved the twinkle lights. We would love to rent this property again and most likely will.

Perfect beach vacation!

Cute, comfortable, clean house. Exactly as pictured; comfy beds, great showers, nice kitchen. Great space with everything we needed. Quaint, quiet neighborhood. Nice beach access, BEAUTIFUL beach! We walked the beach, played pickleball, played in the pool, biked to Seaside for dinner, walked the beach, watched the sunset, repeated! Wonderful week! We would definitely stay again! Another Great stay!

We LOVE this house and neighborhood. It is quiet and just down the street from the beach. When we saw that it was available, we immediately booked this house again and made travel plans. Heather and the Property Manager were very accommodating and there is nothing my family could say bad about the property and our stay. I’m looking forward to another stay here in the future.
