Fantastic Stay as always

Great House in Watercolor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was spacious and had plenty of room to hang out together. We loved the screened in back porch and hung out there most nights. It was fun having the golf cart to get around watercolor. The bikes were nice too. We had trouble with the outdoor grille but Mgmt company was responsive and helped remedy the problem quickly. There is a decent amount of construction going on in the neighborhood but it did not affect our enjoyment of the beautiful neighborhood.

Beautiful home with Terrible Smoke Smell

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Watercolor and this location was perfect. We ordered heat for our pool and I confirmed 3 times upon our arrival heat would be on and functioning. When we arrived after a 16 hour drive -no pool heat -it was freezing. The property managers were prompt and professional in their outreach however -we didn’t have pool heat for our entire 7 nights due to needing a new heater. An issue that should have been vetted prior to our arrival. We didn’t want to have to fight the camp WaterColor/Beach Club lines daily so having a private pool was important to us among other personal reasons. It also costs $25 a day to park at the shared pools so having a private pool was advantageous. The home was clean however REEKED of cigarette smoke. My whole family’s clothes smelled terrible and still do after arriving home. Home is beautiful but the preparation prior to guests needs to be better. We would have paid more to have the same type of home if functioning / sans smoke. While we are optimistic people -we only have so many spring breaks with our family and I wouldn’t recommend this particular home to a friend. Thank you.

Perfect.

We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this one was by far the most professional managed by far. Communication, easy of the app, timely texts….Exclusive 30A has it down. Watercolors is a gem and a perfect place for a family vacation. Highly recommend.

Beautifully Crafted

This home had everything that a big family traveling together would need. The layout gave us room to spread out for privacy while too having space for us to be able to fellowship together. The kitchen was well equipped with everything a cooking family would need and want. To top it off this home was immaculate in the cleanliness and up keep of this property.

AMAZING HOUSE AND AMAZING HOSTS!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time in Seaside and we owe that largely to this house and its location! This house is absolutely beautiful, clean, and the perfect size for a larger family. The location is fantastic because you can really bike or golf cart anywhere you want to go! It also has a nice pool in the back with a closed-in porch which is where we hung out almost every night! Even better were the hosts. They made the check-in and out process so easy and answered any questions we had in a timely manner! We will absolutely be staying here next time we are in Seaside!

Watercolor didn't disappoint!

This was our first trip to the gulf beaches area and we loved it and plan to visit again in the future. The home is beautiful, well-appointed and maintained, and we used the golf cart and bikes several times each day. The kitchen was great for gathering to cook breakfasts together. The staff at the tennis center was friendly and helpful and we played pickleball til we dropped. The beaches were beautiful and relaxing. All in all, a big success.

Sweet Escape #12 was Amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sweet Escape had everything we wanted and needed for our vacation. There was plenty of room for FOUR families plus kids. The private pool plus all the amenities that Watercolor has to offer was a hit for all of us. In addition, the use of the 6-person golf cart and bikes that were included with the rental made it perfect for us. The beautiful home has an outdoor fireplace where we gathered in the evenings. And the big swing on the upstairs balcony was my favorite place to read a book. What a great place to stay. We will be back!

From the furnishings & decor to the amenities, we loved it all! The house was huge with a great layout. The bedrooms were bright and spacious and the common areas were comfortable and welcoming. The home was super-clean and well maintained. The private pool was a bonus. The location was perfect - everything we wanted to do was close by. Very easy access to the beach, restaurants, groceries, etc. The bikes and golf cart made it so convenient to get around. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Dream vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Watercolor is a destination in itself but then when we stayed in this home, it was an even better experience. The home is immaculate ! The house is in a quiet area, plenty of parking and had everything we needed to make our vacation one we will never forget. The private heated pool was perfect to have to ourselves and the en suite bathrooms made it so convenient for our families to have privacy. The large bedrooms and the bunkroom were a huge hit for our family and then having the golf cart to use, just topped it all off. The agency's service was second to none, providing us with so much information about Watercolor and the surrounding area. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this house again.

Highly Dissatisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were offered a discount of 5% off a future rental with this company as compensation for not having adequate air conditioning during our stay. This offer just amplifies my disappointment in Exclusive 30A. It was not an easy process from the start. Lots of misinformation regarding payments and check in codes. We requested maintenance on several issues. While the technicians were friendly, they were not very knowledgeable about the issues. The fireplace in the den never functioned properly and only two of the eight eyes on the stove worked. The downstairs thermostat read 78 degrees at bedtime. That is unacceptable for upwards of $1,500 a night. As a small business owner, if I practiced this level of customer service, I would be out of business. I will make every effort to avoid staying in another house under your management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sweet Escapes #14. The location is fabulous. House layout great. Golf cart great. Stairs are very steep, as we suspect it would be in many of these houses, so please consider this with small children. Unfortunately, the house needs a little maintenance. The laundry room smelled bad. We think it was the washer. And the rug in the main room looks pretty dingy and dirty. The ice machine was blinking red when we got there, and was making no ice, so WE had to turn it on and had to wait about 14 hours for ice. (This should have been checked before arrival)The cleaners who cleaned the house must have been in a hurry. We found either blood or chocolate on a cabinet, and things on the floor they missed, including 2 dead roaches. And I don’t know who is responsible for checking to make sure that dishes are clean when they are put up, but we came across several dirty dishes. This was off putting, so we decided to hand wash everything before we used it. The keurig was missing a critical piece to make coffee, and keurig coffee was all we had bought, so no coffee the first morning until later. But.... The rental company was SO responsive, and brought us a new keurig and a bag of ice pronto! So kudos to Exclusive 30A and Richard.We will return to Watercolor. We just won’t stay at this house again. The pillows are feathers, and the quills poke you everywhere a pillow touches you.And we will recommend that a cleaning manager checks the houses for proper functioning equipment, dishes, floors, etc....before new guests arrive. When you pay this kind of money for a home rental, you want excellent accommodations, and unfortunately we did not feel we had them this time.
