Great house!

We love Jessa Blu! Very well appointed with comfy couches and beds. The upstairs hang out room was nice to have so everyone could watch their shows and just relax. Being so close to the coffee shop and Mimmos was an added bonus!

Amazing House!

THIS HOUSE IS AMAZING! Beautifully decorated but still super comfy! Having the community pool out the back door a big plus too! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. AND the rental cost was very reasonable. Bookmarking for future trips!

Perfect Family Getaway!

JESSA BLU was as advertised and more! The home is gorgeously decorated with the perfect mix of furnishings to relax, enjoy each others company, or spend some time on your own. Everyone at 30a Beach Girls was gracious and responsive hosts. Hard to imagine a better place to spend time in 30a, we would love to book our holiday trip for thanksgiving here.

An amazing vacation at an amazing property!

This was a magical vacation at the most beautiful property. Our 10 person family stayed here and we only have positive things to say. The beach is only a quick golf cart or bicycle trip away and the home itself is absolutely beautiful. The home is bright, clean, and open. The nook under the stairs was my boyfriends favorite place. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Fantastic house and location

The house was perfect for our two families to spend the week. With lots of little people this house had the best location near the pool and the fun game area without having to cross any roads to get to. The home is beautiful and so comfortable. Amazing Relaxing Classic Vacation Home

We stayed in this property for Fall Break with 4 adults and 4 kids. The property was so well kept and comfortable. Conveniently located near the beach and right behind the community pool for all of us to enjoy. The house was stocked with all the essentials we needed for a wonderful stay. The house was clean and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for R&R. I would recommend staying here to anyone considering the Blue Mountain Beach area off 30A.

Amazing House!

There are not enough words to describe our fantastic 30A vacation. The house is impeccable, beautiful, well laid out with everything we needed. It has the perfect location with everything close. Jessa Blu was beyond our expectations! A pool right off the back steps, 4 bikes, and even a bunch of beach items for us to use. Everything is brand new, furnished beautifully and so clean. The quick walk or even quicker bike ride to the beach made it a breeze.

We continue to come back to Jesse Blu for its amazing accommodations, peaceful atmosphere, and roomy home! Outstanding experience, beautiful home.

It was a wonderful property no issues, clean everything in working order. Our main reason for this trip was to go to catch up with family since covid. Paradise Found

Book your ticket to paradise. This gorgeous home has everything, with easy access to the beach and a resort style pool and workout room, literally just steps away. We rode our bikes to the beach and to the beach bar to watch the sunset. Our girlfriend getaway was great, with plenty of room to sleep our crew and lots of places to gather. We cooked in the gourmet kitchen and sprawled out for cozy movie nights on the comfy sofas. We eill be back! Love Jessa Blu and Blue Mountain Beach.
