Welcome to Penny's Paradise on 30A! A perfect trio of long sunny days on the beach, evening swims at the pool, and relaxing nights taking in the lake view. Penny's is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath family home with dreamy amenities: community pool, bike paths, walking trails, fishing docks, playground, large pavilion with grill and fireplace, beach access, bikes, golf cart, home upgrades throughout, and more!

- All bathrooms come with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

- Lake Access – catch and release fishing! The home backs up to the lake access point and walking paths. You're steps away from the pathway that goes across the lake and playground.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 1-2 cars. Street parking is not permitted at this time.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
