A beautiful listing with a relaxing private pool and comfortable sleeping for 12 in the quiet Blue Mountain area.
"Coral Reef" is just a short walk (no golf carts needed) to two beach accesses and the sugar sands of the Emerald Coast. With plenty of shopping and restaurants, you have everything you need for this oasis stay. Kids and parents will enjoy frozen treats at Blue Mountain Creamery just around the corner. If you want to venture out, "Coral Reef" is just a short drive to Destin, Seaside, or PC Beach. Enjoy the activity, but return to peaceful Blue Mountain Beach for a relaxing getaway. The First Floor features Bedroom #1 with one full and one twin bed in a fun nautical theme. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.

The open living space on the first floor is newly furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room with lots of windows, providing beautiful natural light throughout.
The Laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Second Floor--#2 Master Bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom, Gulf view.
#3 Bedroom has two Queen beds and a private bathroom and access to the wrap-around porch.

Third Floor--#4 Bedroom has one Queen bed and a private bath. Enjoy beautiful gulf views from the third-floor private deck.

Carriage House--#5 Bedroom with a King bed and a private bathroom. The carriage house includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.

All bedrooms in the main house open up onto the porch.

The pristine pool is surrounded by a large private area perfect for entertaining friends and family. A private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is soothing after a long day at the beach. The pool can be heated for a fee of $25 a day or $175 a week. Please contact the owner if you are interested in having the pool heated. The pool size is 20 ft by 13 ft. and 5 feet deep.

The space--bedrooms and bathrooms--was just perfect for all of us! The shaded, private and very clean pool got lots of use! We loved all the seating outside as well! Easy walk to the beach-even for the 3 year old. The Creamery just down the road was our go-to every evening!

The property was perfect-exactly what we needed. The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of room to be together or separate. My family had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and taking a short walk to the beach. Blue Mountain Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast. The house came with some nice beach chairs and beach towels and the outdoor shower was a great place to rinse off the sand. The pool area was a little dark at night as one light was out over the picnic table and the pool light did not come on until around 9ish. There was also a lot of construction going on across the street and in the neighborhood that started very eat, but we had several deer that came to visit us while we were there. We had to be very careful driving on Sand Dunes Rd due to some potholes probably from all the construction trucks and equipment. But the house , the property and the location were perfect. It was the vacation of a lifetime!

Wonderful End Of Summer Vacation

We had such a great time staying on this property. Everything was great from the time we arrived until we left. Communication was great. We certainly highly recommend staying here especially if you have a large family. The private pool was great and the house was furnished perfectly.

Blue mountain beach vacation 2025

Our family vacation at Coral Reef was great. The property was located just a short walk to the beach and so close to the Creamery, we had to get ice cream every night. We had nine people and everyone had plenty of space. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Everything about this place was wonderful! Rhetta was timely on answering questions before our arrival. Julie was great about answering a few questions while we were there. Pool was heated to a very comfortable temp. The heated outdoor shower was great to get sand off. The house was very clean! We found how difficult it is to keep a beach house clean with all the sand and had a new appreciation of how clean the house was when we arrived. The walk to the beach and ice cream shop is very close. We walked to rent bikes and rode around for 2 days. Would recommend this house to anyone!

Best vacation!!

Overall everything was exceptional. We did pay to have the pool heated and noticed it was not but as soon as we notified someone to come out, they had it fixed within two days and promised a refund. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The distance for the private beach is totally worth it. The house maybe older but it’s super cute, and beds were comfy. We will definitely be back!!!

Lovely Coral Reef House

Family of 7 so enjoyed this large and beautiful home. Hubs and I agreed to be in the carriage house which turned out to be delightful…quiet…away from the adult kiddos…did I mention delightful! Beach was fabulous- not too crowded and just beautiful. We were never able to enjoy the pool as the water was just too cold. The patio area is very nice. Our rookie stay in Blue Mountain Beach- we will be back. Many thanks to Miss Rhetta and Miss Julie.

Perfection. I’d give Coral Reef 6 stars if I could.

Perfect in every way for family vacation. Blue Mountain Beach is quiet and laid back. Property is very short walk to the beach. House was spotless and well maintained. Generous amount of starter supplies. Kitchen was well appointed - we ate in every day. Great location for the grandkids. Checkin was a breeze and Julie the Consierge was responsive and attentive. Pleased With House and Location

Location of the house was on a quiet street and close proximity to the beach. When we first arrived, the air conditioning in the carriage house was not working properly and the battery on the key pad on the side door needed replaced. Both issues were handled quickly and efficiently. The location of the house is within walking distance to the creamery, the bakery, the souvenir shop, as well as other places. Rhetta, the owner, was very prompt in any questions I had prior to our trip and Julie, the manager, was helpful with the issues we had after we arrived. All-in-all, our stay was good and a lot of memories were made.

We brought our family here for our 40th anniversary. We loved the space the house provided! The private pool was enjoyed by all but especially our grandkids! Short distance to the beach and the wagon and toys they have at the house really helped out! There are two beach accesses, we recommend using the east access as there were fewer people. The Blue Mountain Cremery was a favorite spot to hit. We felt safe walking or running for exercise. The walking/biking trail was close by. Thanks for the memories made!!

Best Kept Secret

We love Blue Mountain Beach! This is by far the best property we've stayed in. We had seven adults and 3 boys under age 7. Easy walk to beach. Lots of good beach stuff provided. WE loved leaving our stuff strowed out at the private pool. Plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for basic supplies provided! They were beyond adequate! Easy checkout instructions. Julie was a pleasure. Creamery every night. WE ate locally; Local Catch, AJ's. Several of the crew ate at Cowboy Kitchen every morning! Thanks for everything!
