Guests have access to the whole home with a simple keypad lock. We are a simply phone call or text away for anything else you might need.
The Neighborhood:
This is a new, gated community with less than 40 homes. All are 4+ bedroom homes in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from all of the great attractions that line 30A and the lovely beaches in the area. Of course it also features a beautiful pool with ample leisure space and is only a 3 minute walk from the house.
As for location, we are .4 miles or a 9 minute walk from the nearest beach access!
Perhaps our favorite feature is the brand new Greenway Station. With stores like Southern Tide, an art gallery, and of course staple restaurants like turbo coffee, Salty Butcher, and Local Cantina, some of our favorite places in the area are walkable and in our backyard.
For fresh seafood, outdoor dining, and entertainment, there are ample excellent choices within a 5 minute drive.
