You will find stunning Gulf views throughout the home's multiple balconies. 

The spacious first-floor main living area creates a welcoming space for everyone to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal with seating at the breakfast bar and dining table. Gather around the flat-screen TV in the living area for family game night or cuddle up and watch a great movie. Access the outdoor oasis with a pool, and lounging & grilling area. A laundry room with a washer/dryer and an additional full bathroom right off the pool area complete the 1st-floor features.

Make your way to the second floor, you'll find three guest bedrooms, there are two queen bedrooms on this floor, and a bunk room, which is a perfect retreat for kids, with two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four.  All three bedrooms will share the 2nd-floor bath, which features a walk-in shower. The primary king-bedroom suite is found on the 3rd floor, offering an electric fireplace and separate living space designed to feature Gulf views from every window. The luxurious spa-inspired bath features a spacious walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a double sink vanity. Relax on the 3rd-floor balcony with your evening beverage, listen to the soothing sounds of the swimming pool waterfall, and take in the salty gulf breeze before turning in for the night. 

Take a walk on the beach or take a five-minute drive west to Seaside and explore shopping and dining at its finest, or head east to experience The Big Chill, an entertainment district and gathering place the whole family will enjoy.
