Exactly what we were hoping for!

The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfect for our group of three families with kids ranging from 3 months to 14 years old. Watercolor is so charming and this house ticked all the boxes for us. Property management was super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent house

There were 13 of us and this house was wonderful for our family, plenty of space to gather together but could also get away from others if needed. Great neighborhood, well cared for house, beautiful spaces, we had beach family pictures scheduled but the weather didn’t cooperate so we just did them at our home away from home. Grands and kids loved the pool and being able to use the bikes and golf cart! 5 stars, really nice!

The washing machine did not drain so each time you did a load you had to do an extra drain/spin cycle. Also, the shower in the second floor master only ever reached lukewarm temperatures. Kids loved the bean bags in the loft area.

Searching hundreds of properties for the perfect vacation spot is exhausting. This home is so perfect that we rented it twice in a 4 month period. You can park your car and drive the golf cart everywhere you need to go. We've stayed on the beach for 25 plus years and tried this house for a different experience. he screen porch is one of my favorites with view of the pool with fountains. If you appreciate top of the line amenities while vacationing, you will find it here.

Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation with myself and my husband, his parents, his sister & her husband and our two teenagers! We loved hanging out in the big open kitchen and family room, morning coffee on the screened in porch, and lounging outside by the pool! The LSV and bikes were perfect for getting around Watercolor and 30A. We did have an issue with two of the upstairs toilets not flushing properly, and after initially asking me for a photo/video of the issue (Ew!), they sent maintenance out without the photo/video. My husband and I stayed in the carriage house bedroom and, while we loved the extra privacy, there was an odd smell that we carried home with us. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation at this house and would definitely go back!

The layout is wonderful, open concept so with the huge group we had we were able to all be together and hang out even if some were in the kitchen cooking, others playing games at the table and most watching football on the couch! The location is awesome, it was a short golf cart ride to everything and a large green area is right down the road! The property inside was absolutely gorgeous, everything was in great condition, brand new looking! Highly recommend!!

Spring Break Heaven

This was our fourth and best trip to the 30A corridor! Our extended family of twelve (consisting of adults and teenagers) had plenty of room in this gorgeous, professionally designed home. House is extremely well cared for and is equipped with everything for a group of 10+ to spend quality time together. We really enjoyed the pool and large screened in porch and made all of our meals in the extremely well organized and supplied kitchen and BBQ area. Seaside square is within walking distance, but we typically chose the 6 passenger golf cart and/or 5 bikes to run back and forth between the house and town/beach. Free access to the WC Beach Cub was also a big hit with the teens! Property manager was great - no issues to report. This is truly a 5 star property and experience! We'll be back for sure!
