This is a good property for two adults but is too small for more.Nicely decorated,clean, and with good access to the beach,pools and fitness center. The owner should make some tweaks to improve the experience. There is an iron,but no ironing board. Add a toaster.Add a cork screw.

We stayed here on a quick trip. The location is great, walkable to the beach and shopping areas. Unfortunately, the place seemed to not have been cleaned in a while, it was pretty dusty. We encountered several dust bunnies and some dead and alive cockroaches. The sofa bed needs some updating.

Close proximity (across the street) to the west pool was great. Easy walk to the beach. The carriage house compact but very functional for our family of four. The only suggestion would be to add some hooks and hangers in the bedroom as there are no closets. Exclusive 30A was great to work with.
