Sea Bluff 14 is a recently renovated, 2BR/2.5BA townhome that sits atop one of the highest points in the Blue Mountain Beach community of 30A. Just steps to the private beach access, Sea Bluff 14 offers a bright, airy feel with two balconies that overlook the sparkling community pool. The main floor is up a flight of stairs from the parking area and includes tile flooring, comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and a half bath. The next level up, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bath and a private balcony with views of the pool! The guest room with a queen bed and twin bunk is also on this level along with another full bath. When you’re not relaxing on one of the balconies, take a ride of one of the included bikes to the private beach access, or cool off with ice cream at Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. Sea Bluff is a lovely beachside community of townhomes that boasts private beach access and a community pool in Blue Mountain Beach, just off Hwy 30A! You’ll be within a couple blocks of Redfish Village with shops and restaurants, bike and surf rentals and other conveniences. Don’t forget to walk over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for a homemade scoop! This is a fantastic location with  Gulf Place Town Center  only  2  miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton  Beach, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
