*NEW* Less than one block from the house is the brand new FREE Walton County beach shuttle facility with routes servicing guests to and from various beach accesses along 30A, every 15 minutes all day long. So, you can skip the drive and leave your car parked at the house!
All public beach accesses have bathrooms, showers and lifeguards. Chair and umbrella rentals are available for our guests by the day or reserve for the week.
Our quiet 2 story, roomy beach house with over 70 5-star reviews sleeps 9 comfortably and has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It has 2 designated parking places in the driveway. (If you need additional parking contact owner). It has a large, shady, private front porch, perfect for coffee, reading or happy hour.
It's professionally cleaned and eclectically appointed with many extras such as quality linens, fresh bedding and fluffy towels. The King master suite is located downstairs, along with the very well equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, great room and dining room. Upstairs features 2 oversized bedrooms; a lovely king suite and 2 queens.
We rent Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) during the summer season. During the off seasons, the area is a Snowbird Paradise! We offer lower rates (3 night minimum stay) duing the off season.
The lovely kitchen is fully equipped with stylish granite and stainless steel appliances and with plenty of pots, pans, Keurig, griddle, Crockpot, blender and cooking utensils. The dining table seats 6 plus there are 4 bar stools at a long, spacious bar. The great room goes out to the furnished, spacious and shady front porch. A full sized washer and dryer are on the main floor. A charcoal grill is provided, as well as a highchair.
Sandy Feet is a short walk to Shunk Gulley, a favorite local oyster bar and restaurant that overlooks the beach. It is also located near Grayton Beach, Seaside and Rosemary Beach, all located off of 30A, for those who want to venture out. Restaurants and bars within walking distance from the house range from seafood, gourmet, pizza and subs, and coffee shops. Shops, bike/board rentals, live music are all offered at various places located minutes from Sandy Feet. Walmart and Publix are located a couple of miles away.
There is a playground for kids under 12 on the church grounds across the street that is open to families to enjoy.
Sandy Feet is also near rare coastal dune lakes. The area boasts of state parks and natural preserves. This community is known for sugar sand beaches and tree lined streets. Enjoy 20 miles of bike and hiking paths and scenic shore lines. If you are a beach and nature lover, this spot is for you!
Golf at award- winning Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, located within a mile from the house, as well as at San Destin Golf Resort which is a 15 minute drive. Shopping, amusements, and theaters are close by in Destin or Panama City. Panama City Beach, 40 minutes away. Destin, 15 minutes away.
Bedrooms feature: Master King Suite down stairs. One King in BR #2 and 2 Queens in BR#3, upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bath and walk-in closet, and the downstairs master has a large tub, shower and walk-in closet. The house is equipped with wireless internet, TV, and and washer and dryer.
Extras also include: 4 beach chairs.
