The two blocks to the beach was also SO convenient! It was also great location between Seaside and The Big Chill.

VERY walkable/Best Backyard

Me and my wife stayed here with our dog (thank you for being pet friendly!!!!) for a short few days and we were blown away at how close everything was to this property. The Tom Thumb was literally less than a min walk away for any small things we forgot to pack and the beach access walk was about 5 min away (we thought it was going to be 10-15 min away). Everywhere we chose to eat (Redbar, Pescado, and Old Florida Fish House) was all 15-20 min drives away and so easy to get to. We’ve already written down the name of this house to remember to bring our friends back here and next time we’d like to stay longer and explore more in walking distance knowing how centralized it was to a ton of stuff on 30A. Thank you for the amazing house and opportunity to stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful for our family. We had a 3 minute walk to the beach and the backyard pool was so relaxing! We walked to Angelina’s for delicious pizza for dinner! The house was in a great location. The only cons were we had to go out and buy our beach chairs and boogie board since the house didn’t have it. We couldn’t take it on the plane so we did leave 3 very nice beach chairs and a brand new boogie board for the next family to enjoy.Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! We will definitely be back!!

We have an 8 year old and 4 year old and the walk to the beach was a breeze. 3 min tops. Pool was very nice. Had an issue with heating it. Renters, when you advertise heated pool and charge upwards of 70 dollars a day...heat it and leave it on. That was our only hiccup. WouldI recommend this, yes.

Blue Pineapple was a fantastic stay for our trip to the beach. The home was very clean and looks like it was just updated / renovated. Proximity to the beach was exactly as conveyed - about 1 block down a side street that has a sidewalk and you are at the boardwalk to the beach less than a 5 minute walk. The property manager was the only negative - I received 3x different billing amounts with varying levels of detail between booking our stay and finally signing the rental agreement. They are good at sending automated e-mails / texts. Not so good if you need additional information / help.

Great house, backyard, and great location

The location of this house is great! Only 1 road back from the beach and directly across from beach stair access. The street is quiet. The house was perfectly clean, beautiful decorating, and the layout was great. Room darkening shades in the primaries were great. The best parts of the house though are the outdoor spaces. The first and second floor front porches are great with comfortable seating for many people. And the new backyard is amazing. It's very clean and laid out so that it makes the entire backyard usable space. It gets a lot of sun and there aren't messy trees dropping leaves into the pool. The lounge chairs, Adirondacks, and tables and chairs are all nice and clean and provide lots of space for everyone to be outside. The outdoor shower is excellent and gets the best water pressure and heat of all the house showers. The only issue we had was that the pool heater was broken, so we didn't have use of the hot tub either (the pool is overfilled so the hot tub probably wouldn't have held its heated water anyway). We would have loved to use the hot tub. And the water pressure and heat in the showers in the house is very low and not very hot, so you're never going to get a really hot shower. Unless you use the outdoor shower, which is great and gets hot with good water pressure. I would stay in this house again; we had a great time!

Good House w/ Bad Service

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is quite lovely, well laid out & in a great location. However, the mgmt company is problematic. 1) We had no hot water when we arrived. Long story short it took many calls & texts and days to get them to address it. We kept being told there was no problem, then maintenance would come & point out the problem but leave without fixing it. Would text again & be told there was no problem. Third maintenance guy finally called a plumber & got it fixed but we spent over 4 days w/ no hot water & no explanation or apology for the delay. So no showers or baths means you can't enjoy the beach because there is no way to clean up. 2) Water pressure is very low on inside showers (maintenance says it was a bad choice of shower heads; shower outside has good pressure). 3) When we booked we requested a house w/a heated pool. Called days before to confirm & request heat again. Took several messages but was told it would be ready. Got to the house & no heat. Called and texted again & was again told someone would be by to turn it on. Our kids sat & listened to neighbors playing in their pools around us. 2 days later we were told heat was broken & would not be repaired during our stay; later maintenance came by talked to the owner on Ring cam who informed them they had told mgmt some time ago it was broken. So they knew the heated pool was why we picked this house and never informed us it would not be available. Our entire vacation plan was to swim and beach, neither of which we could do for most of the vacation due to the broken pool heater & no hot water. 4) Requested mgmt contact us to discuss issues multiple times and never heard from anyone. Things break and that is understandable; poor communication and failure to respond when there are needs is not. Have never left a bad review but we've rented over 30 houses in the area & this was by far the worst experience. Lots of good choices in the area (which is great) but sadly can't recommend this one w

Fantastic Place with Saltwater Pool!

We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Pineapple! The saltwater pool was perfect for our little ones—safe, clean, and so refreshing. The house was beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more. Its location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend the Blue Pineapple for families with young kids!

The backyard was so beautiful and we got tons of use with the pool, grill, etc. The house was very clean and updated. There was plenty of space inside and out. The location of the house was on a quiet street just a 2 minute walk from the beeach. Couldn't be better! The only thing to note is that there were no pool/beach towels, which wasn't a huge deal, but would have been nice to have on hand instead of going to buy them.

Perfect getaway to 30A for our Family of 4 plus 2. Blue Pineapple is in a perfect location for beach access and we had plenty of space for all 6 of us plus the dog. Hope to come back again soon!

The kiddies enjoyed the pool immensely, more than the beach, but still we spent some relaxing time playing in the sand and waves. The beach access is simple and short. The outdoor shower made rinsing easy. There is a grill, which I took advantage of by grilling chicken, then burgers and dogs.The house was clean & odor free, I loved the bed I used, and there were no complaints about the rooms or facilities from the families. Although there are TV’s in each room, very little use was made of them except for the toddler shows.We made all our meals on the electric stove with the good cookware present. Fortunately, we took our rice cooker with us. Plenty of bowls for salads, glasses, flatware & utensils. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time and plan to repeat the visit next chance we get.
