We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.

Please note: If the pool key is lost, there is a $50 replacement fee — so be sure to return it to its designated spot before checkout.

No over night street parking. (overnight street parking parking pass will be provided upon request)

Guests who violate smoking and pet policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.

No mailbox on property available for deliveries.

The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entirety of the reservation.
