DETAILS: Sea Belle on 30A is a luxury 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home that sleeps 7 in the gated community of Sea Nest Village in Seagrove Beach. This stunning property provides access to the neighborhood pool with a grill area and outdoor fireplace. With more than 2,200 square feet of living space, guests will love the outdoor patio, second-floor balcony views, and spacious accommodations. Best of all, it’s a quick 5-minute walk to the nearest deeded beach access!

The first floor of this 3-story home offers plenty of room to relax and unwind with 2 inviting bedrooms—1 guest bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bunk room with a twin-over-full bed. Enjoy access to a private patio featuring a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a cozy sitting area, and a convenient outdoor shower to wash off sandy feet.

A stunning second-floor great room welcomes guests to the heart of this home, with an open floor plan that is aglow with natural light from large picture windows.
