Perfectly situated in quiet Cassine Village. Relax or splash around at the 2 Cassine community swimming pools. Perfect that serve and backhand at the 2 private tennis courts, re-surfaced in 2020 and now with Pickle Ball!. Swimming pool and tennis/pickle ball are located just outside your back door.

This home offers nearly 1500 sq ft of space to relax and spend time with up to 7 family members and friends.

Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and attached en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has new twin bunk-beds with a pull out trundle to sleep 3.

Gather out on the covered front porch or screened in back patio. Walk over to Goatfeather's Seafood to get some fresh fish and cook a great meal in the eat-in kitchen and gather around the table with ample seating for everyone.

After, spend time in the comfortable and spacious living area, with a large comfy couch that seats 8, playing games or watching a movie with plenty of room to relax and spread out.

Great dining options are just minutes away-Seaside, The Hub & Watercolor, as well as stores for other necessities like Publix, an Urgent Care Center & Tom Thumb convenience store.

Rent bikes, golf carts, kayaks etc. from one of the local shops and get outside! There are multiple bike/walking trails around this pedestrian-friendly area. Explore the Cassine Garden nature trails, or go big and explore the Port Washington State Forest.
