Great location— true to the listing. Clean for the most part, but I would recommend getting the living room sofa professionally cleaned. The cleaning crew also showed up unannounced, an hour before checkout and asked if they could “Go ahead and get started”. Overall, it’s a great option in Grayton Beach, with room for a few improvements.

Great location and beautiful decor!!!

Stoked is in a great location directly in the main area of Grayton Brach and only steps from the water and The Red Bar. The home is beautifully furnished and the two living areas were perfect for 4 adults and a child!

Perfect for a Family Trip

Perfect family vacation spot!

We visit Grayton Beach a couple times a year. This was our first stay in Stoked and it surpassed our expectations! Super cozy with breathtaking views!! And that porch swing! Wow! Super quick walk to the beach and local eateries which was perfect with our infant grand baby. The whole family was smitten and we instantly decided we will book here again!

Great Time at Grayton Beach

Had a great week during our stay at Stoked. The house was the nicest we’ve stayed at in the Destin area - clean and property Manager Whitney was always responsive. The house is just a min walk from the The Red Bar yet none of the noise in the evening. We plan to book at this home again. Highly recommend.

My grandchildren want to rent this home every-time we visit 30a!

I like that I was able to be in communication with any question I had via text with near immediate responses. My daughter and grandchildren love the layout of the home and want to rent only this house every-time we visit 30a. The views and proximity to the beach can't be beat!! Home was spotless and had everything we needed. See you in the spring.

Wonderful family vacation

Kellie was a wonderful, helpful and accommodating host from booking until departing this beautiful home. We would stay again. Our group was made up of 6 of us. We all fit in comfortably. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was great for family breakfasts, adult libations and snacks. We used the porch swing every sunset - great way to get unwind after a long day of fun in the sun! We didn't have a car but the cart was perfect for getting around. The house was a great spot from which to visit Red Bar and Chiringos, just steps away. Overall, it was a spectacular stay, only complaint was leaving.

Memorable and perfect.

As a VRBO owner myself, I am pretty particular about the properties in which I stay. This location was just as described -on the beach, and the porch each evening was quiet and a nice spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or breakfast in the morning then of course there's the view! WOW! Beds are SUPER comfortable with great linens! The kitchen was appropriately outfitted, and the beach amenities were very nice. Loved having the golf cart and bikes we put lots of time on them all. I would absolutely stay in this location again - thanks for a great stay! Bravo to the mangers at 30a beach girls wish you managed my home!

Beach Birthday Bash!!!

Staying at this house was an absolute dream come true! The location right on the sand was unbeatable—we loved being able to walk to Red Bar and Chiringos every day. The bonfire was absolutely fantastic and added so much fun to our trip, and it was free. Im still shocked. There is a golf cart and bikes but we didn't use much because you are in the sand you are in the SAND! Hollie and Joy from 30A Beach Girls were incredible—they arranged everything from our fishing trip to my dad's birthday celebration and even arranged for airport pick-up. They truly are the dream team when it comes to planning your vacation. 30A Beach Girls absolutely rocks—thank you, girls! FYI, if you're looking for the ultimate beach experience, this house is the one to book. You won't regret it!
