Perfect retreat!

The place is located in a great spot. It was very clean, management company very nice easy to deal with. Beach is close by and wasn't over crowded. We would rent again.

Fantastic!!!

Great location and the house was everything we could have asked for. The house had plenty of space to sleep everyone and the golf cart is a great bonus to travel around on. I would not want to stay anywhere else. Loved every second we were there!

Nice Clean Villa in Great Location!!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The communication process was very smooth. The house was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Don't hesitate to book here!

Amazing Stay! Very “Homey”

This property was amazing! So comfortable, very clean, and every question you could think of was there answered in the app or a quick response to our text. The property managers also were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend staying here 10/10. Will definitely be back in the future

great location, about 15 min walk to the beach, 5 min using the golf cart. Host has everything needed at the crib for an enjoyable day at the beach. House was comfy and clean. Would definitely come back.

Best Family Trip!!

Definitely will be coming back! Perfect location, extremely quiet in the best area of 30a. Loved the layout of the house was very comfortable had everything I needed. Enjoyed the outside patio, the pool close by and proximity to beach. The cart was the ideal mode of transportation. My family was very comfortable and felt right at home thank you Meghan!

A wonderful modern home with great amenities, a great neighborhood, and a wonderful pool. The house was exactly as advertised and met all of our expectations! Our home away from home!

Repeat guest and it felt like home. House is incredibly family friendly, clean, well supplied and comfortable. 30a beach girls Joy, Breanne and Hollie were helpful and assisted us with a few tasks. We attended the bonfire night, the kids asked all the way there from Ohio when was the bonfire and just like last year it was an extremely fun night! Thank you for being our new family tradition!

Perfect for two families and lots of kids!

Three Times the Fun was perfect for our two families vacationing together. Plenty of beds, and spaces to gather for meals, games, and hanging out. We loved the screened in porch, too! Very clean and well-stocked. Too far to walk to the beach with young kids, but the golf cart was perfect for getting back and forth! The pool was just a short walk away, and great for the entire family. Management company was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Amazing, Amazing and Amazing

My husband planned a wonderful week to the beach for my 40th birthday with my friends and their husbands. The house, the beach and the 30A beach girls were the best. We had a blast!!! We will come back to blue mountain and to this home. It was a magical place and something I will never forget!

This is our family favorite spot!

This is an unbelievable home in an extraordinary location. Couldn't be easier to get to beach, pool and restaurants. It was a real treat to stay in this spot. Highly recommend! The golf cart broke down but the homeowner recently purchased a new one that was set to be delivered shortly after we left, they loaned us one so we were only down for a day. Will return.

Loved every moment.

This was our third stay with 30A Beach Girls and our second time at this home, and once again, we had an amazing time. We love this home because it truly feels like a home away from home. The beds are comfortable, the house is spotless, and there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. It's a quick bike ride to the beach or restaurants, and we never hear the neighbors—it's the perfect retreat. Every time we arrive, it feels like we're coming home. 30A Beach Girls' service always exceeds expectations. They took care of everything, from our bonfire and groceries to our reservations, making it a seamless experience. With them, it's always a one-and-done, and we love that! See you in January!

Three Times The Fun 30a Review

Comfort and convenience is what you will find at this property. This home is beautiful and spacious with up to date bathrooms and a kitchen that begs to be used. Location is a huge plus as well, being situated in a quiet neighborhood that shares a large pool and bbq area. The house is roughly 1 mile from Blue Mountain Beach and is easily accessible by foot, bike, golf cart, or car. There are two outdoor spaces at the home that make entertaining a "breeze" with comfortable furniture and one space being screened-in. Comfortable, convenient, like home… it's everything you want in a vacation property.

3 times the fun!

We had such a wonderful time with our family! The property was clean and well equipped. Location was awesome. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Beds were comfortable. A couple things to make it better would be more hooks on the walls to hang things. Oven mitts. And, a walk way from the shower to the back of the house. We would definitely use your company again. Thank you for the place to make great memories with our children!

Three Times the Fun

We were down in Florida for the month of March 2022. It was our first time working with 30a Beach Girls and I must say that our experience was outstanding. We rented a 4 bedroom home in the Highland Parks community. The location was 5 minutes from the beach on the golf cart and 1 minute walking to the pool . The home was beautiful but as expected there were a few wrinkles that had to be worked. Every time we contacted them they were very responsive to our issues and questions. We will definitely be using 30a beach girls again in the future. On a scale of 1-10 they came in at a 10.

Perfect location, spacious, beautiful and comfortable!

We recently shared this wonderful property with two other families and enjoyed it very much. We've stayed at different 30a properties over the years and this by far is the best overall experience: Great location, great property, great host. First of all. the location is awesome. This is on the western side of 30a where there's less overall traffic, and over all less noise than other areas of 30a. The beach is only about 1/2 mile from the property and it's a great place to hang out. We played volleyball every day and also sun bathed there. When we got tired of the beach life, we would bike! This is 30a at its best. And when we were finally got tired of the outdoors, we had a incredible place to relax and spend time hanging out with our friends. The property is well layout giving privacy and space to the three families. We didn't feel like we were sharing too much. The beds are very clean and comfortable. Hours were spent visiting and playing cards. Our host, Hollie and Joy were great. They always responded quickly to any of our questions or requests. We are looking forward to returning soon and to again enjoy this property. We highly recommend it.

Overall good experience

This was our first time staying on 30A and overall we were very pleased with the experience. The house is nice. We had a couple of disappointments right off the bat. First, the downstairs master has a QUEEN not a king as advertised in the photo, which made for a less comfortable stay overall. Also, the pillows throughout the house were terribly flat and uncomfortable. Last, we had a scary experience with the bunk bed. When going to bed the first night, my 8 and 5 year old kiddos got into the bed and we noticed it was very wobbly. Turns out several of the rails connecting top to bottom were split and screws were falling out. It could have collapsed on my daughter. They came the next day to remove the broken bunk and as a result my husband and I slept on the floor for the entire stay. Other than that, we enjoyed our time. The neighborhood is adorable and the resort-like pool area is a huge treat. Easy golf cart ride to multiple beaches. We would stay in the neighborhood again, and would in this house again if the beds were kings and more comfortable.
