Upon arrival, guests are able to park in their own private driveway and head to the entry door. As you stand by the front doors, you’ll find yourself on a large open-air front porch that overlooks West Ruskin Street. The front porch features a lounge area with a sofa, an Adirondack gliding loveseat, and additional Adirondack seating for two more - the perfect morning coffee or outdoor breakfast spot! From here, West Ruskin Pavilion is within view and Seaside’s private beach is just steps away from your vacation home. This cottage allows guests to access Seaside’s picturesque beach with ease, while still offering a short, peaceful stroll to the pavilion. Step into an open, airy first level, including a spacious, living area outfitted with a large sectional and seating, a flatscreen, a dining table for seven, and a fully equipped, modern, completely renovated kitchen with bar-top seating for four. Additionally, the first level offers a half bath for your convenience, as well as a washer and dryer. Outdoor access doors are near the kitchen, which leads to a private, screened-in back porch outfitted with seating and dining. Additionally, a spacious, queen bedroom can be found on this level, featuring its own (shower only) full bath.

The second level of this cottage features a spacious common area providing access to the front second-floor open-air outdoor porch, where guests can enjoy tree top and West Ruskin Street and Pavilion views in modern lounge seating. The second level includes a bedroom with two twin beds, located next to a full bath, as well as two more queen bedrooms and another full bath. This home is a fantastic option for groups, as everyone has their own space, as well as plenty of options to commune and visit. If you are a lover of the great outdoors, ‘Gulfview’ is the ideal fit.

Just up a final set of stairs, a grand space awaits you. A third-story loft, featuring seating and relaxation space leads you to a Juliette balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.
