「The property is in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants and, of course the white sand beach. The townhouse is only a few years old so it's in great shape. It was very clean throughout. Everything worked as expected, appliances, water heater, HVAC, etc. We did not use the available community pool. We very much enjoyed our stay in Navarre and would recommend this property to anyone. Our host, Franziska, was very helpful responding quickly when we had questions. 」

「RENTER’S BEWARE!!!! When we rented it the home looked like it wasn’t cleaned for quite some time . The pool area was over ran with vegetation and debris, the pool itself was filthy and leaves piled on the bottom . When I reached out to the manager the day we got there on Tuesday she said it had just been cleaned and I immediately said there’s no way because of the leaves piled up at the bottom . She said someone wouldn’t be able to make it out until Friday which they did , but we had already...
