Beautiful apartment with garden and barbecue in Santa Úrsula. Located in an exclusive and quiet urbanisation with communal swimming pool. Bright, with an exquisite decoration where care has been taken to the smallest detail, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room with direct access to the garden where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and relax. It has capacity for 4 people and fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking, to make your holidays a unique experience on the island.

This beautiful house, distributed on one floor, is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, with two large bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and en suite bathroom and the second one with a trundle bed. With two full bathrooms, bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious and beautiful living-dining room, which has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and access to the large terrace with garden. The terrace has a barbecue area, solarium and direct access to the communal heated swimming pool, where you can prepare a delicious lunch, relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the place. It also has 300mb fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking. It is strategically located to get to know both the north of the island and the metropolitan area.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, juicer, kettle, hairdryer, gas barbecue, standing fan, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair and much more.

Pool was good. Apartment was very cold and there was not heating. In the toilet and bedroom smell mold really much. In the kitchen was small ants on the table and all over. Shower drain was blocked. Do not go to this apartment if you react to mold.
