Really clean, big room and bathroom! Only thing was as the shower is "open plan" it soaked the whole of the bathroom floor making it pretty slippery. Would definitely come back next time we're in Santander.

Amazing hotel. We had a corner room with three balconies which was lovely. Room was very large and comfortable. Staff were amazing. Only niggle was the breakfast - could get a better breakfast just across the road at the corner bar for a third of the price. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The reception staff are great, friendly and efficient. The communal spaces are tired and need decorating or at least a deep clean. Our room was lovely and big and relatively newly renovated, again attention to detail on repairs/deep cleaning is needed. Great location.
