On the outskirts of the village of Santanyí, the Mallorcan holiday home extends over 2 floors and charms guests with its romantic stone walls. The holiday home offers a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. With natural stone walls and rustic wooden roof beams, this accommodation creates a unique Mediterranean atmosphere. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in all bedrooms and living room), heating, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a balcony, several covered and open terraces, a picturesque patio with a well and a barbecue area. Start your day with a tasty breakfast and round off mild summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine. The absolute highlight is the private pool, which is lined with sun loungers and promises a refreshing dip on hot summer days. Here you can spend a quiet, undisturbed holiday! A variety of restaurants is 230 m away and the town centre with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is 750 m away. The sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is 4.3 km or an 8-minute drive from the accommodation. Spend unforgettable hours with friends and family in the crystal clear water and on the white sandy beach!

The host of this home is a delightful man who has pride of ownership. The home is in great shape with a lot of attention to detail. It was a great stay in Santanyi with an owner who made our stay very pleasant.
