Quiet restful and stress free

Perfectly suited to staying self catering. Everything you need. Nearby Cala Mondrego is idyllic and Santanyi a lovely town. A car is essential.

Super Ferienhaus, sehr nette Vermieterin!

Wir haben uns die 9 Tage extrem wohl gefühlt! Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar eingewachsen mit Gummibäumen, Palmen, Blütensträuchern etc.. Der Pool läd zu jeder Tageszeit zum Baden ein, war sauber und gepflegt. Abendessen auf der großen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, Brunch im Schatten hinterm Haus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Ferien auf Mallorca

Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau dem Inserat, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich. Die Strände sind fußläufig oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war für Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Empfehlenswert!

Lovely house in Cala Llombards

A clean and well kept house on the outskirts of Cala Llombards - well located if you want to explore the south east coast and have a rental car. The garden was particularly lovely, with lush green plants all around, and a pool that was bigger than it looked on the photos! The only thing that would make it better would be when the building work opposite is finished. Gudrun was a great host, and easy to get in touch with and quick to help with any issues!

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir durften als Familie die Finca für 13 Tage nutzen und waren rund um zufrieden. Das Haus nebst Ausstattung entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Deger war ausgezeichnet. Durch die Ortsrandlage hatten wir sehr ruhige Tage in der Finca. Mit dem Mietwagen sind alle wichtigen Orte schnell erreichbar. In 5 Gehminuten befindet sich ein Supermarkt, der alles für den täglichen Bedarf führt. Wir sehen uns sicher wieder!!!

A bit pricey for off season

Our stay was brief, and the price was a bit high for the low season (Oct 28), as this is a beach/summer community. Loved the proximity to Santanyi, though. What a gem of a town that is!

Perfect country and beach combo

This property is the perfect getaway. Such a relaxing place with pool, gardens, and beautiful views from the rooftop patio. The walk to the beach area is not far. The drive to other towns is easy. Its clean and comfortable beds for sleeping. The only thing missing is wifi.

Wir haben von Ende September bis Anfang Oktober unseren Urlaub in der wunderschönen Finca mit Pool verbracht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt. Kinderbettchen und Hochstuhl inklusive. Unser Sohn konnte sich im gesamten Haus und Grundstück frei bewegen. Sehr positiv war auch der kleine Zaun um den Pool, so dass wir unseren Sohn auch ohne Angst draußen spielen lassen konnten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Bäder sind Top. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung dieser tollen Finca mit Meerblick von der Dachterrasse. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto super erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder !

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen im sehr gut ausgestatteten, sehr ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus mit herrlich frischem Pool verbracht. Das tolle Grundstück bot zu jeder Tageszeit ausreichend Schattenplätze, so dass wir auch die Zeit am Haus sehr genossen haben. Zu diversen wunderschönen Stränden und Buchten war es mit dem Auto nicht weit, einer (Cala Llombards ) ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen (ca. 20 Min).

This villa was just what we wanted. In a good location with everything we needed by way of facilities. Gudrun was available as required and his local agent Angelica was more than helpful for checking in and out. Plenty of areas to take in the sun or shade and the pool was so refreshing. Only 50 minutes from Palma Airport and a car is essential.We would recommend this villa to all.

Wunderschönes und sehr sauberes Haus mit genial schönem Aussenbereich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist optimal. Es gab keine Gerätschaft, die wir nicht gefunden hätten. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Zwei kleine Geschäfte in Fussnähe sorgen für Brötchen und das nötigste. Grössere Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in ca 15 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Vermieterin, die uns persönlich begrüsste, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Diese Ferienhaus empfehlen wir gerne weiter.
