Recently renovated and refurbished, the apartment offers two bedrooms, each with double beds, a bathroom with shower, a terrace, and direct access to the pool and courtyard. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot, crib bedding, and high chair are available upon request.

Just 100 meters away, you’ll find a pedestrian area with various restaurants, bars, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and attractions.

Cala D'or is a popular tourist destination known for its stunning beaches and coves, such as Cala Gran, Cala Petita, Cala Ferrera, and Cala Egos. These white sandy beaches with turquoise waters offer the perfect holiday experience. A few kilometers away is the Mondragó Natural Park, a haven for birdwatchers, surrounded by pine forests. - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.



- Once you have arrived at your destination, please contact us by telephone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.



- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place of key collection.



- Arrival outside opening hours:



a) The keys will be left in a safety deposit box. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid the following day to the reception agency;



b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).
