The house has two floors: the ground floor are the kitchen, living room with fireplace , utility room , master bedroom and a bathroom with bath shower and bidet, the gallery is accessed from the backyard. The staircase leads to first floor, 60 m2 living room with three large windows , In the middle a balcony where on clear days you can see the small Cabrera Island, closer to the village of Santanyi. Satellite TV 43'' , a seating area , desk two bedrooms and a terrace with fabulous countryside views. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with sink, shower , and bidet complete their dependencies.
