With three bedrooms, two of them with comfortable double beds, one measuring 200 cm and the other 150 cm, while the third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 cm, perfect for families or groups of friends. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating for your comfort throughout the year.
The full bathroom with shower provides everything you need for your daily hygiene. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The bright living room features air conditioning, heating, and a cozy fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring the island. Additionally, it has a garage currently used as a storage room, providing additional space for storage.
Enjoy the beautiful sea views from the chill-out style rooftop terrace, equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing and a relaxing outdoor seating area. The house also has a barbecue. Two porches, one at the entrance and another on the rear terrace, offer additional outdoor spaces to relax, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends.Just 50 meters away, there is a supermarket that has everything you need, including fresh bread daily, ensaimadas, and croissants.

Sehr schönes, typisch spanisches Haus für bis zu sechs Personen geeignet. Sehr sauber, vollständig inklusive aller nötigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Etwas muffiger Geruch vermutlich durch Feuchtigkeit bei längerem Leerstand. Eine Außen Dusche wäre schön, um sich den Sand des Strandes vor betreten des Hauses abwaschen zu können. Wir würden das Haus wieder mieten.
