Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff who made every effort to make you comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect. I plan to stay here again next year-and every year I am in Santiago!

The location was a 5 minute walk from the Santiago Cathedral. My room had a balcony that had view of a church which was beautiful. Coffee shop was right outside of the hotel and a self serve laundromat was a two minute walk. Perfect location. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel,

I can’t say enough about this incredible hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views from my room. The hotel is located right in front of the Monastery of San Martín Pinario, offering a picturesque setting. It is just a 3-minute walk from the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, quiet, gorgeous views, nice service

Absolutely loved this hotel! Gorgeous room with a delightful sitting area as well. Bathroom was spacious with a lovely shower and shampoo, soap and body lotion (always appreciated). Very quiet, great view, super spacious, and a beautiful hotel overall. We didn't have breakfast but it looked delicious! We parked on the street just two blocks away (two hour paid parking). Great location to explore this beautiful city

Our room (304) had a great extension with a sofa, table and two chairs with a view over the garden. At night, we closed off the extension and put the zircon on which chilled the bedroom nicely. Lovely woman on reception and we were able to check in early when we were only hoping to drop off bags.

The staff at this hotel are UNBELIEVABLY kind and helpful. About one of the women at the front desk, my husband said “that’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!” They made us feel like treasured friends, and made our stay extra nice. The room itself was lovely and looked out on a darling plaza and right at the monastery and a church. Our room had both curtains and those fun shutters that open onto balcony railings with pretty window boxes. I happen not to like the semi-opaque wall between bedroom and bathroom, but literally everything else about the hotel is perfect. It has both a lovely outdoor area with at least 6 tables and many chairs, and a lovely living room area upstairs with sofas and tables. It’s a great tourist hotel but would also be perfect for a business traveler or remote worker. I wish I had reason to return to Santiago just to meet those nice women again! : )
