Estimado Gabriel,Lamentamos mucho escuchar sobre tu mala experiencia en el Capital Hotel Bellet. Hemos registrado tu queja sobre los cargos adicionales por desayuno y lo sucedido en Recepción. Lamentablemente un error humano en el ingreso del número de habitación causó el indicente. Tomaremos nota de esto y lo transmitiremos al hotel para que pueda investigar y mejorar en el futuro. De igual forma le recomendamos no expresarse de esa forma "cargos ocultos" y no utilizar tono irónico ya que siempre estamos dispuestos a escuchar sus quejar y poder resolver cualquier inconveniente.
