I had a pretty nice stay but there were a few issues - the card key reader on the door was broken, there were no hangers, and the safe was stuck locked. The staff did their best to help me. Luckily there was someone at the reception 24 hours to let me into my room. There were a few issues with cleanliness, but just in certain hard-to-get-to ares like under the bed and dresser. Also there was some sort of rave on the 8th floor in the dining area on Saturday night, which I was not counting on, because I was on the 7th floor, and I was flying out early on Sunday (I was out late myself Friday night, so I didn't notice one way or the other then). Also, though there was room service 24/7, supposedly, coffee wasn't available before 8 am on Sunday (not even in the dining area or lobby). Aside from this, I had very enjoyable stay and had everything I needed. I could not eat any of the breakfast options, because there was nothing gluten free, but they had some things like mango juice, which I enjoyed. The area around the hotel is walkable and filled with tons of restaurants, and there is a big street fair with lots of arts & crafts. It is not too long of a walk to the city center either. I would stay again (but maybe not on the top floor).

Bathroom is painfully small cycling and updated. The room was rather spacious but poorly appointed and dimly fight it. I booked a room with a garden View but had a window to a fire escape with no natural light. Nice Lobby. Staff okay but not overly welcoming.

It was close to a subway station the facility was secured. The room was ok Hotel did not provide washcloths. The shower was nearly 9 ft.² or less. The bed was good.

Staff was very strange/ show very uncomfortable action while I checked in. Room condition is bad, property is next to subway so quite convenient but also near the park so a lot of homeless people. Location near a few major tourist attractions but not recommended to stay there.

Window faced a dark hole in the building. Door sensors make alarm sounds when they close which kept me up as a small alarm sounded every time someone left their room. Location is okay but glad I didnt stay long.

Low budget hotel - you get what you pay for. There were no drinking glasses in the room or bathroom. There were no hand towels or wash clothes. There was no coffee in the building. The building is very very loud. At 2am, when I needed a ride share to get me to airport, the guy behind the desk told me not to wait outside because it was dangerous. he told me to run to the car. He told me the car would probably be waiting around the corner, but it was actually right in front.

4 dias a trabalho em Santiago

Ainda precisa melhorar a limpeza dos quartos. Na primeira noite o quarto estava com cheiro de colonia ou um produto de limpeza que ardia o nariz...tive que dormir com a janela aberta...como era quase 1h da manhã não dava pra ir embora. Tambem tinha um cabelo na fronha e marcas de sapato no chão. Porem a cama confortável e quarto silencioso. Deu para dormir bem. Durante o banho o chuveiro esfriou, isso é grave, pois no inverno não dá. Fiquei 4 diárias e 2 dessas a internet não funcionou e nem a tv, os funcionários muito atenciosos. Mas o hotel precisa arrumar esses problemas. Por conta disso não posso recomendar.

Uma opção barata!

O Hotel é antigo, os quartos são simples, piso frio, colchão torto, lençóis antigos, banheiro com chuveiro que acabava água quente, o que para o inverno é bem difícil. O bairro está um pouco perigoso, mas andamos a pé e não tivemos problemas. Apesar de tudo o café da manhã é bom e os funcionários são solícitos.

Mucho ruido en la noche, estuvieron golpeando arreglando algo. El "desayuno" pésimo, el personal sin uniforme, nos dieron fruta pero parece q era lo q tenían y tuvieron q improvisar. El personal de limpieza, sentado en el sillón del lobby viendo el teléfono.

Reservei com café da manhã, mas foi a maior decepção. Se eu quisesse pão com manteiga, não poderia pegar com queijo e presunto, ou seja tinha que escolher, se eu quisesse ovos mexidos eu não poderia pegar o presunto. Café somente duas xícaras. Se eu quisesse uma torta doce, não poderia pegar o pão. Vinha umas rodelas de laranja e umas fatias finas de maçã e uma fatia fina de banana escura… Inacreditável tanta esganação. Fui por indicação, café era buffer, vc se servia. Que não coloque que é com café da manhã.

Boa localização

O hotel é bom, a localização foi o fator principal para minha reserva porque fica próximo ao centro, ao metro e de algumas atrações. A localização lhe permite fazer vários passeios a pé. Os quartos são confortáveis mais precisa melhorar a iluminação. um ponto negativo é o café da manhã, não é self service ou estilo buffet e isso não me agradou. O café da manhã é bem limitado e com poucas opções.

O hotel esta bem localizado e possui bons funcionários, porém tivemos muitos problemas com elevador e falta de limpeza nos cantos do quarto só é limpo pelo meio. O banheiro muito bom com chuveiro bem quente. Guardam as malas para pegar no final do dia, possuem empresa para fazer os passeios. O café da manha é o modo continental ou seja eles trazem a sua mesa, porém tem o básico para alimentação, café ou cappucino, pão, ovos, queijo, frutas e suco. O bom do hotél é o custo beneficio pois esta perto do centro e perto do pátio bela vista, 3 minutos do metro, o quarto que fiquei 601 dava para ver o nascer do sol nas cordilheiras e o por do sol e a internet é muito boa. Quer um hotel básico que atende as necessidades de chegar tomar banho dormi e no outro dia tomar um café da manhã e onde vc economiza no hotel e curti com passeios é esse o hotel. Outra vantagem comprando pela Expedia que vc ainda divide em até 12 vezes sem juros.

Excelente localização

Hotel é muito bem localizado, fiz muitas coisas a pé e os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos. Único fato engraçado é que a janela do meu quarto não tinha vista pra nada, então parecia noite o tempo todo. Hotel simples, mas aconchegante.

Minha estadia foi incrível, fiquei cerca de 1 semana procurando um lugar bom para não errar na hospedagem e confesso que encontrei, o hotel fica a + ou - 3 minutos andando até o metrô de Baquedano, fica a 10 minutos andando do bairro Bella vista e onde se concentra a vida noturna de Santiago! Muitos restaurantes ótimos e para que gosta também tinha bares! Os recepcionistas foram simpáticos e práticos, não tivemos nenhum problema! Está tendo uma obra na frente do hotel, então a rua está fechada, mas não foi nada que me atrapalhou, durante a noite não tem barulho, e durante o dia não fiquei no hotel, tem um mercadinho 24 horas ao lado do hotel mas não recomendo pois percebi que me cobraram algumas coisas mais caras por ser turista, então só vá em último caso! Tem um Subway na esquina! E é isso, eu amei! Ah e tem uma vista incrível para as cordilheiras!
