「Cosy and beautiful place. Many restaurants near by and in a original neightborhood. 」

「Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Very eager to make one feel welcome and taken care of. An aide and the other young lady ( who I am sad to say I seem to forgot ) at desk were great. We had a very early flight and breakfast was waiting for us as was prearranged with the night clerk also very accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was tasty. Would definitely stay here again. Recommended 」

「入住很方便，大门口有24小时保安，很安全。公寓式自助，可以做简单饭，餐具很全，有煤气灶，微波炉，冰箱等家用电器。 没有空调，有电扇，但白天很热，晚上还好。」

「É um hotel simples, mas muito confortável e aconchegante. Fica no Centro de Santiago, mas numa área tranquila. Extremamente limpo. As atendentes são muito gentis e prestativas. Estava muito frio e a calefação funcionou muito bem. Tem um bom café da manhã. 」
