The description and photos provided were inaccurate; the villa was advertised as having a sea view, but the actual view was of deteriorating buildings with no sea in sight. Additionally, the oven in the villa proved difficult to operate. I reached out to the "hello assistant" via WhatsApp for assistance, but did not receive a response until 24 hours later, with an explanation that WhatsApp was not functioning properly. “Most of the review mentioned that the view in this hotel was fabulous, no doubt I totally agree with this. The hotel is so peaceful and quiet, people can watch the sunset clearly. However, I am quite unsatisfactory with other areas. Actually, I am having a half-month vacation with my husband. We stayed in Dubai, Athens and Mykonos. However, I can say this is the worst hotel during the whole trip. In Expedia, the description of the superior room with SEA view (volcano) included 1 double……

“Santo Mangata Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are stunning, spacious, modern, and so thoughtfully designed that I instantly felt was in heaven.
