A gem in Santorini

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Located a short walk from from Pyrgos town and centrel to the entire island. Breakfast was incredible and served daily in your room! If the pool was heated it would have been perfect.

Hotel was very beautiful with very spacious room in two levels. Pool in our room had a great view. Service was good with excellent breakfast served in the room. Location requires a car but hotel has a dedicated parking lot. In summary I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and modern hotel

The facility is very nice, modern, clean and spacious rooms. Located in a quiet area of Santorini, but close enough to the other areas of town. There is only one issue I am having with this hotel, if you pay a deposit, it will take forever for them to return your deposit. I stayed there over a month ago and they still have not returned my refund for the deposit.

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and good location, Fantastic views of the Island. Only issue we had was our room had a first floor hotub and the complementary slippers provided were very slippy when wet, and I slipped on the sair case. The staff were very good when I told them and said they would potentially remove them from the 2 rooms with first floor hotubs. We have recommended the hotel to friends as all in all it was a great place to stay.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Amazing architecturally designed rooms, hot tub, windows, ceilings, fixtures and decks. Yes decks! Superb morning and evening views of the island. The morning meal was outstanding and delivered to our room each morning on our schedule. High touch treatment from a very capable staff. A telescope in the room for day and/or night use. I don’t ever write hotel critiques, but I felt this deserved a five star rating from top to bottom.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had! The property is stunning. It’s new, modern, aesthetic, and has the best little touches all around. We were surprised at how much space there was between the living area, bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 private outdoor spaces. The photos don’t do it justice. The view from our deck with the heated pool was so stunning. Best place to watch the sunset every evening - forget Oia! The staff was incredibly friendly. We felt so welcomed and at home. The daily breakfasts brought to our room were so nice. It’s also in such a great area - quick walk into town for dining and shopping, and also easily accessible by car. We cannot recommend Apikia enough. We will definitely come back again next time we’re in Santorini!

The hotel is more like a collection of boutique apartments, there's only around a dozen of them so you really feel like you get a personable service from the staff, who are all lovely, especially the young lady who works night shift/porter. The rooms are modern and luxurious, the plunge pool was amazing, personally never had our own pool before but it was a great convenience and lovely not to have to share it! The breakfast baskets were ok, plenty of food, and good quality but are not editable/choosable, they go on 3 day cycle patterns, one of the days is noticeably nicer than the other two.the local area Pyrgos is a real gem, probably unsung in my opinion, much quieter than the rest of the island but being so high the sunsets are amazing and asnita the ex-capital the architecture is distinct with the blue domes that everyone seeks in tourist traps such as Oia. Some great restaurants and bars in this area. We rented a car and you can pretty drive anywhere in upto 15/20 minutes with Thira and the beaches of kamari and perrissa just 10 minutes away. Some great local winerys in the neighborhood too!

Belle résidence mais couacs et mentalité douteuse

Bel hébergement de vacances, un peu gâché par une mentalité trop commerciale et la mauvaise attitude d'une réceptionniste notamment lors du départ. Points positifs : Le logement dans son ensemble. L'emplacement et la vue. Le petit-déjeuner. La plupart du personnel. Point négatifs : Appartement moderne mais pas toujours le plus fonctionnel (notamment la première salle de bains). Manque de rangements. Climatisation au comportement erratique dans le séjour. Problème finalement en partie résolu mais aucune excuse. Par contre on nous a bien fait payer deux pauvres bouteilles d'eau (valeur 2€) lors du check-out. Certains équipements peu utiles ou cheap là où un micro-ondes ou une plaque de cuisson serait plus intéressants. Plus déplaisant : Une bouteille d'eau offerte à l'arrivée et c'est tout, alors que le livret dans la chambre mentionne TRES CLAIREMENT une bouteille d'eau offerte PAR JOUR ! Je l'ai signalé à la réceptionniste mais ça n'a pas eu l'air de trop l'émouvoir. Dans l'ensemble cette réceptionniste a soufflé le chaud et le froid, tantôt souriante et serviable, tantôt tirant la tronche. Le pire est lorsque j'ai demandé si l'absence de cadeau de départ (vu dans des avis) était un oubli. Ca ne lui a pas plu et elle ne m'a même pas répondu ni regardé quand je suis parti ! Inadmissible. Attitude différente de quand elle essayait de nous vendre une croisière catamaran... D'autres employés font eux le max pour satisfaire les clients. Dommage, car Apikia a de gros atouts.

A lovely stay; stayed in the Honeymoon Suite - lovely hot tub, views are stunning! Very clean hotel and service. Manager was really helpful in sourcing last minute bookings for Santos wines and Sunset views Restaurant. Nice choice on the breakfast as well with different choices on different days. We are pleased with our choice and service. We will come back when we come to Santorini.
