Wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel has stunning views and the pool at the room is such a nice feature in particular. All the staff were fantastic to deal with. They were all so friendly and no task was too big for them. They were always happy to help with any query and offer advice and recommendations.

Brand new beautiful marriott autograph property, amazing staff and breakfast was superb with many varieties to choose from, main area swimming pool is amazing and very comfortable rooms and great amenities with gym as well.

If you’re looking for a private and relaxing hotel experience, this may not be the right place. The private pools are very close to neighbouring rooms and visible from multiple angles, which takes away from the feeling of privacy. The main pool is beautiful, spacious, and has great views, but there are only around five sun loungers and almost no pool service. You have to ask for drinks or even water. Breakfast was okay, but the service was generally not very attentive, with tables sometimes left uncleared for quite a while. There is also only one restaurant, which seemed to struggle to keep up with guests. The hotel is close to Oia, but a rental car is highly recommended. It’s still quite far and uphill, and taxis can cost €20–40 each way, even for short distances. Some staff members were excellent and genuinely tried their best to make our stay better. Unfortunately, the overall service and lack of privacy made the experience less relaxing than expected.

The staff is very friendly, but a lot of things don’t work out. The hotel is nice, but a little bit too quiet, no nightlife or anything. All in all it was a nice stay, the island is beautiful.

Amazing stay

The most incredible stay and team. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, everything was honestly perfect. The staff members were always so helpful and attentive making sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. The food was incredible along with the room pool. We will definitely come again in the future and will recommend to our loved ones. Exceptional service.

Nice new hotel a 5-10 minute drive from Oia

We very much enjoyed our room with a private pool! The brunch was delicious as well! Only unfortunate thing was the small snafoo with the shuttle to town …made a reservation with the concierge but they did not have room for our party when it was time to go. Ended up getting a car/spending a lot of money and were late for our reservation for dinner.

Chambre bien et calme mais le sol de la chambre est très sale car le nettoyage est fait superficiellement. Restaurant très cher nous n’avons pas apprécié. Bon petit déjeuner mais pas assez de changement dans les produits.

This is a relatively new resort with extremely helpful and friendly staff, that seemed to bend over backward to help. The rooms were well appointed, amazingly powerful showers, comfortable beds and our room had a private pool and ocean view (albeit over the top of a hedge). Often there was a little treat as a nice surprise left in the room for us in the evenings. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the wine, but along with other restaurants, the local wines are very expensive (once you go on a wine tour you find out why!) It location was a little way outside the main town of Oia and required an 15 minute uphill walk to get to the main tourist areas (shops and restaurants) and views across the Caldera, but you could still view the sunset from the bar/restaurant
