Nice hotel With good caldera view

Nice hotel ,very good view of caldera on the shared balcony where you have breakfast. Excellent sunset view as well. Owner and room service very good.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND ROOM

We stayed in the Premier Room (Caldera view) for 3 nights at the beginning of our stay in Greece. Yanis picked us up and did a great job. He was at the airport, and carried our bags (2x50 lb) up the stairs to our room. He went over the details we needed about the room. We had our order for breakfast, which we left in the box at the office door that evening. Our room had its own private balcony with 2 seats and a beautiful view. We walked to Fira to dinner two of the nights. The hotel is on the walking path, so it was easy for us to hike to Oia and take the bus back (2 E) to Fira and then walk back to Firostefani. The hotel was very convenient, and did not have a lot of steps (some of the hotels are down many stairs). The morning we left, it was too early to get breakfast. If I had it to do over, I'd order double the day before leaving, and have the food in the refrigerator until the morning we left. But there was a bakery next to the entrance to the airport. There was a REALLY LONG line to check in for the flight, so I walked next door for pastries while my husband stayed in line. I would highly recommend this hotel. Mina, at the desk, was also very helpful and kind!

El staff excelente.Habitación pequeña que necesita rediseño moderno. Baño minúsculo con cortina de baño corta que chorrea agua hacia fuera. No generador eléctrico de emergencia. En medio de un corte de luz nocturno bajamos escaleras a oscuras. Escalera empinada sin baranda a la derecha. La instalación no vale el precio pagado.

Petit hôtel très bien situé

Charmant petit hôtel très bien situé. Notre chambre n’était pas très grande mais fonctionnelle et adaptée pour un séjour d’une nuit. Les tables pour le petit déjeuner de chaque chambre sont situées sur une terrasse offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la caldeira. Le petit déjeuner, tout en étant correct, n’est pas extraordinaire. Mina nous a donné de très bons conseils pour les restaurants et les activités. Juste à côté, un excellent petit restaurant, to briki, avec la même vue, offre une carte de qualité à prix raisonnable pour Santorin…

Hotel Mylos was wonderful. Great location-walking distance to Fira but far enough away so the crowds are not overwhelming. Views were AMAZING. We spent two of our nights on the private veranda watching the sunset. The area was mostly quiet with just a little music drifting over from the next door restaurant. The staff was incredible-Klaire and Mina were so helpful. There was an initial issue with the AC and they did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. It was fixed and they even graciously provided us a fabulous bottle of wine for the inconvenience. They had good suggestions and arranged transportation to the port for us. They also held our luggage on our last day after check out. The staff made you feel like family. The room was comfortable with a fridge, clothes line and table/chairs/loungers on the patio. The bathroom could use more hooks and better lighting. Breakfast was simple and delicious and delivered to your room at the time you choose. The area and room were clean and daily housekeeping was a big bonus! Highly recommend and will stay again if ever back!

This was the perfect location and price point for us. We like to walk, don’t like the cruise ship tourists and love to sit in the evenings and enjoy the view! This hotel gave us that. The breakfast was handy and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view while having breakfast each morning. Its location is at the top of the caldera so we didn’t have to walk our luggage down stairs. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. She booked us a fabulous catamaran tour where we swam in the volcano warmed water and watched the beautiful sunset. It is right on the walking path to Oia (2 hrs) and Fira (10mins). We took the bus from the airport for 2.59 euros to Fira. So easy!

This hotel came highly recommended, and we’re glad we chose to stay here. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the main Firostefani square. Since it’s at street level, you avoid the hassle of climbing multiple flight of stairs, unlike many other Caldera-facing hotels across the island. There are several fantastic restaurants nearby, including our favorite, Aktion, all within a 2-3 minute walk. We stayed in the superior deluxe room, which featured a spacious, private balcony overlooking the Caldera—and that was the highlight of our stay. While the room itself was simple, the breathtaking views from the balcony made it unforgettable. Breakfast was a basic continental spread—nothing fancy, but it suited me fine since I don’t usually eat a big breakfast. The staff were courteous and friendly, and we had no complaints. I would strongly recommend this hotel!

Peaceful with the best view

Room was excellent. Clean and comfortable with an amazing view. The bathroom was a little bit on the small side- definitely needs an extra shelf and more hooks to hang more than one towel. Other than that, the service was absolutely excellent. We even had some classical music drift over from the restaurant next door, but not loud enough to disturb the tranquility. There’s a busy path next to the hotel but you can’t hear it at all from the room. Air conditioning works wonders, and turns on only when the door to the balcony is closed- quite clever. Breakfast was lovely- they brought it to our balcony. Bread, jams, butter, honey, yoghurts and selection of cereals. (Must buy own non-dairy milk if you need though, but there’s a fridge so it’s very handy). Hairdryer and soaps also provided. Finally, the staff Suela and Anna were spectacular and helpful. Overall, phenomenal!

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Firostefani, close to restaurants and shops and a 15 minute walk along the cliff to Fira, it is a wonderful walk. The views over the caldera are amazing. We had breakfast overlooking the caldera. The lasy at the reception was super helpful with information and booking a taxi and transfer from the port and to the airport.

Views, views, views... Taxi driver Giannis picked us up from airport and we had to park about 3 blocks from hotel. Giannis helped carry our bags up the steps to our room. The views from our private balcony were incredible.

Wonderful views of the caldera and Skaros rock. Great patio for watching sunsets and enjoying the views and a nice breakfast served daily. Location in Firostefani was perfect. Easy walk to Fira, or Imerovigli.

Die Lage ist top! Man kauft sich eine Flasche Wein, Gläser stehen im Zimmer bereit, und genießt den Sonnenuntergang privat und in aller Ruhe auf der Terrasse vor dem Zimmer. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Gerne wieder.
