A lovely family-owned hotel just a few steps from the Caldera, yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of lovely options. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always happy to share recommendations and all the information you need to make the most of your stay. A truly charming place - we would happily stay here again!

They make you feel right at home. Warm hearted hosts and the place was impeccably clean with comforable beds. Good location with views. Lovely little breakfast in a dining room with lots of character. A short walk to Fira's restaurants, bars, etc. Would stay here again for sure!

Antonios is a great host. He helped us arrange an island tour. He had a driver bring us to the bus station for our tour. He gave us a bottle of wine! He was fun to talk with. His staff keep the property spotless. He recommended places to eat. He provided a map to get us oriented to the island which is magnificently beautiful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained, with a delicious breakfast to start each day. The owners were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions or requests, making us feel truly at home. One of the highlights was watching the breathtaking sunrise from the terrace, an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, and welcoming place to stay with outstanding hospitality, we highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed

My only complaint would be that the bed mattress was a bit hard. The staff were friendly, helpful, & welcoming. The rooms & property were clean and cozy. Great location. The pool was a welcome reprieve from the heat. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a Wonderful stay In Hotel Thira and will definitely return here and recommend! We stayed here for a night and was amazed with how warm Maria and Tony and the rest of the staff are. To top it off it come with pool and a good sea view with patio for each room to hangout on. The room was big for a and can fit another king bed or so. it was so clean and comfortable. its also just walking distance to shops just right for a quiet night but accessible to stores or so. Thanks and hope to see you again Hotel Thira!

I can’t say enough how lovely this hotel was especially for me a solo traveler. It was perfectly located from the main center of Fira. Just a ten minute walk and you find your in the vibrant center of Fira. Where there are shops bars restaurants and if you want easy to walk to bus depot which can get you to different beaches or sites around Santorini! The staff was friendly, my room was spotless everyday! Definitely will return to Hotel Thira in the future!

The rooms are spacious, have a fridge and lovely cold a/c. The pool and outdoor sitting area is lovely and the location is very close to town for great restaurants and sunset views.
