The hotel is beautiful. Gardens and pool area are lovely. Staff and super friendly and helpful. Rooms are big, spacious, clean and airy . It’s near the airport, you get some aircraft noise, but none that really bothered us. Our rooms were on the airport side and noise didn’t wake us or cause any issues. When at the poo ll you don’t notice it at all. Would recommend and definite we’d stay again

Staff was amazing excellent customer service. The hotel is brand new and it looks beautiful. The food was delicious and chef tries to please you with a la carte menu. Only downside is that room was warm and it looks like AC was not working properly. Moreover, availability of food items on the menu was limited. Hotel is located in a private and quiet place where you can definitively can relax and recharge.

Too close to the airport and planes were taking off past midnight. We were on the ground floor and can hear the footsteps from above. Pool hours were too short. Breakfast hours were late.

Overall, the resort is pleasant and well-maintained. We booked a 2-bedroom suite with a private pool for a 2-night stay. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't clean upon our arrival, with numerous leaves present, making it uninviting. Additionally, the air conditioning in the master bedroom was non-functional throughout our stay. Although the hotel provided two fans, the suite remained uncomfortably warm. The front desk repeatedly apologized, informing us that the issue couldn't be resolved during our visit, which was disappointing given the cost of the suite. As compensation, we received a cheap bottle of white wine, which felt inadequate considering the circumstances. This experience fell short of our expectations, and the hotel could certainly improve in terms of customer satisfaction.

Disappointing Stay at a 5-Star Hotel - Unacceptable Lack of Cooling Solutions Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at this 5-star hotel, which failed to meet my expectations in a significant way. Despite paying a premium price, the room's air conditioning was not working, making my stay unbearable. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was unable to provide a satisfactory alternative cooling solution. I requested fans multiple times (at least 10 requests), but they only provided one fan, despite my request for five. This was unacceptable, especially considering the high price point of the hotel. The hotel's inability to provide a comfortable temperature in the room made my three-night stay unbearable. I was disappointed in the staff's lack of effort to resolve the issue and their unapologetic attitude. - Non-functional air conditioning in both villas - Inadequate alternative cooling solutions - Poor staff response to requests - Unacceptable for a 5-star hotel Unless the hotel addresses this issue and provides adequate cooling solutions, I would not recommend it to anyone. For a 5-star hotel, this is a basic expectation that was not met.
