George is superb with customer service. The moment we walked in we were welcomed and assisted and treated very well. The place was not only absolutely beautiful but also extremely clean. The level of peace and quiet is also unmatched.

Great place in between the tourist sights of Thira & Oia and the beaches of Kamari & Perissa. Fantastic staff, who couldn't do more to be helpful. Would highly recommend.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC PLACE! All the staff remembered my name. I had a bad flight situation and came a day late. They welcomed me with a bottle of wine and quill-pen written orientation note! Food was good, too.

What more can I say about this hotel than WOW!! What amazing people that work here, you feel like you are coming to a family that opens their arms and takes you in to their little family. I had the fantastic opportunity to stay here for a week between 14-21/7 and I had just broken my arm and was worried about how it would go. I really didn't need to worry. Everyone at the hotel helped me have a wonderful week. Mr Thomas,Mr George, Mrs Sarah, Miss Ana and Miss Eri made it one of my finest and most beautiful experiences I have ever had. A big THANK YOU to all of you for making my dream trip completely unforgettable! And I can definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone in the world. Very clean and quiet boutique. The staff are beyond nice and meticulous. They breakfast is amazing and the staff help you navigate Santorini with great suggestion. Definitely to be returned.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little hotel. The facilities were excellent. Modern and clean. The breakfast was great with a range of simple meals nicely catered for and presented. The staff members at the hotel are excellent. Friendly and very helpful. We found the local bus easy to use to get around to various points of interest.

Lovely stay. George and the rest of his team are so helpful and go the extra mile. Was able to navigate around so much better thanks to George! The hotel is central to everywhere and quieter than other areas, which we preferred. Great little hidden gems in the area for coffee and food, but the hotel started dinner service and the food was great!

It’s a clean property at reasonable distance from Fira, oia , Kamari . Room could be better designed, lacks any cupboards or place to stow bags. Hotel provides transfer/transportation services which is very convenient. Overall a friendly staff & comfoplace to stay

The staff were super welcoming and honored our request for a room with no steps (I think there is one with no steps and a few with 3 steps); this was perfect for my mom who has knee trouble. Everything here is brand new, the beds are comfortable, the pool is great. Getting to Fira by bus is really easy; the bus stops are just a block away. We used the hotel arranged transfer service to get there from the ferry. We used Uber as well. I’m glad I didn’t let the fact that this hotel is located in Mesaria keep us from staying here. We loved it!

A wonderful base from which to discover Santorini

The welcome at the hotel, despite our 1hr flight delay (arriving 1am), was first rate and the airport pickup had been awaiting our arrival. This high level of service continued throughout our stay, with faultless service from all staff, from the manager (George) through Reception (Joanna & Lela), Breakfast (Toula) and Housekeeping - nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was first rate - exactly as featured on the photographs, and the hotel position was central to the local town but very quiet day and night - absolutely no aircraft noise! Messaria is a great base to explore the island - a very short ride from the airport and centrally placed but away from the crowds of Fira and Oia. The hotel has generous car parking for guests. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel!

The bed was very comfortable. My only feedback is that the air conditioning system could be better as it did not remain on during my stay in the room and would get uncomfortably hot at times throughout the night. I would definitely book again at this hotel.

O Kallos Imar superou as expectativas em conforto, atendimento e tranquilidade! O hotel fica em Mesaria, uma vila residencial, tranquila e central em Santorini. Tem farmácia, mercados e restaurantes perto. Está próximo ao aeroporto e das praias de Santorini, mas longe da badalação de Fira e Oia, mas o acesso de carro é fácil e rápido. Tem estacionamento e é gratuito. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, tudo impecavelmente limpo. O café da manhã é servido no sistema de buffet, mas podemos escolher outras opções que são feitas na hora. Atendimento excelente: toda a equipe foi acolhedora, simpática e prestativa. A localização é estratégica, em uma vila central, ideal para explorar a ilha de carro. Se você busca um lugar calmo, confortável e com ótimo custo-benefício em Santorini, esse é o hotel. Voltaria com certeza!
