We travelled as a group of friends and spent a really lovely few days at Katharos Villas. The property was very well equipped and a great size, and the grounds (including the individual pool) were very well maintained. The property is a short (walkable) distance from Oia centre, but equally is right next to the entrance to Amoudi Bay, so overall is well placed. The owner was incredibly responsive and could not do enough to ensure we had a memorable and enjoyable stay - thank you!

Bathrooms very clean and tidy. Assistance with luggage was much appreciated. Short ride to restaurant and grocery was free. Welcome gift had eggs, fruit, bread and spreads. Was a wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, the view is absolutely beautiful, and having a private swimming pool was amazing. The property was clean, well maintained and well managed, and the beds were comfortable. Towels and bed sheets were also changed during our stay, which was a nice touch. The host was very nice and welcoming. The only area I would suggest improving is the layout. I was a little surprised to find that the bed is located in the kitchen area upstairs, which wasn’t quite ideal. Perhaps moving the sofa upstairs and the bed downstairs could make better use of the space and create a more comfortable sleeping area. There was also a slight damp smell, although this could simply be due to the humidity. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the property. It is a beautiful place with a lot to offer, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable—just a few steps away from Ammoudi Bay, making it incredibly convenient to explore one of the most beautiful spots in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. A special thank you to Francesco for being so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He truly made our experience even more memorable. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. It felt like having our own little oasis, where we could relax in complete privacy as if we were the only ones there. Our family spent so much time enjoying the pool, and it created some of our favorite memories from the trip. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable stay in Santorini. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you again, Francesco, for everything!
