The Space:
Featuring a double bed , bathroom with shower, terrace or veranda with breathtaking Caldera and Sea View overlooking the volcano Aegean Sea & hot springs . Facilities available are Satellite TV, safe box, direct dial phone, air-condition, water kettle, hair dryer. Approximately 16-18 sqm.

Payment policy
Full payment must be settled on the day of expiry of free cancellation period.

In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation before 12:00 (local property time) on Sunday, 25 August 2024.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 21 days of arrival.

The total cost of the reservation will be charged in case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled date.

In order to check-in at Caldera Premium Villas, guests must carefully read the check-in instructions provided via e-mail, once the booking has been confirmed.

Room photos represent only the type of the room. Consequently, there is no guarantee of providing you with the exact same room shown in the photos.

According to the Payment Policy, the Credit Card Holder is essential to be present at the CheckIn Procedure, having available the provided for the Reservation Credit Card.
