Book this property! I promise it will exceed your expectations. This place made our trip truly memorable from start to finish. The staff was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, they immediately greeted us, took our bags to our room, and made sure we felt completely settled in. During check-in, they thoughtfully asked about any food allergies to note on our account. As someone with Celiac disease, this meant so much to me. I had zero issues with the food on site — the servers and bartenders were already informed of my gluten allergy and remembered it every time we visited a restaurant. That level of care and attention was truly exceptional. The facilities were stunning and beautifully maintained. The entire property truly felt like a luxury resort. We were given a golf cart tour upon arrival, where staff showed us the spa, on-site restaurants, gym, and the various pools. It was the perfect introduction and made navigating the property so easy. While Kamari may not be considered the most glamorous side of the island, we actually loved how quiet and secluded it felt. After visiting some of the surrounding cities, which were much busier and had hotel rooms backing directly onto the main tourist paths, we were especially grateful for the peaceful atmosphere here. Staying on this side gave us the perfect, easy access to explore, but a relaxing retreat to return to each day. Would 100% stay again!!

This was absolutely fantastic hotel. I assume this is how the other half lives! The staff was so attentive, making sure you had anything you needed. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, a great outdoor space to watch the sunrise. Bathrooms were large, as well. The restaurants had fantastic food. Just awesome overall. The hotel provides drivers to get you to any other locations on Santorini and pick you up, as well, but this does come at an additional cost, which is good to know (about 40 euro each way). Overall, loved it, amazing place.

Stunning resort with amazing food, and outstanding staff. All of the staff were passionate about their jobs and ensuring our stay was top notch. As we arrived we were welcomed by Mykola & Michelle who were amazing throughout our stay. We loved going to the beach daily, the complementary ride there was just a couple minutes and the driver team were great, thanks to Themis and the rest of the guys. Once there, Sandblu has a private area where Alex and her counterpart took great care of us! When we spent time at the pool, with stunning views, Themis waited on us and was amazing as well! The included breakfast was delicious, thanks to Rania, Aspasia, & Alexandra for starting our days off right with amazing service and good vibes. We dined at the hotel restaurant one of the nights, beautiful setting with more great staff, especially the in house sommelier Adonis! They have carts to get you around the resort easily (you will need it after all the good food and drink!) and a special thank you to Vasilis for getting us around when we were too full to walk, our little chats and interactions with him made our stay that much more special. In short, don’t miss Sandblu on your trip to Santorini. Stunning resort in an ideal location with excellent amenities that are all made that much better by the outstanding staff they have!

Sandblu is an excellent resort. It is only a few months since it opened and there are a couple of things that could be improved, but overall I would highly recommend it. There are plentiful staff, who are extremely friendly and helpful and so it is very easy to get things organised. Clearly, food and wine are a key focus, and the quality is excellent. The location is beautiful, and the whole resort has a freshness and cleanliness about it. In a country where taxis can be a problem, the hotel sorted all our transport needs, as well as an excellent guided tour to Akrotiri. A few things that I would change / add. The service time for drinks at the bar could be improved - particularly as you had plenty of staff. Also, if the order includes cocktails and beer, wait until you've made the cocktails before taking the beer out of the fridge, otherwise it is quite warm when it arrives. A draught beer tap would also be a welcome addition. Charging extra for salmon at breakfast seems churlish. In 10 years staying at Eastern Mediterranean resorts, it is the first time that I've experienced this. Overall though a tremendous experience which I would strongly recommend.

We had an amazing weeks stay at Sandblu! From the moment we arrived we felt thoroughly spoilt by the teams hospitality, quality of the hotel, and the tranquillity. In past experience at other hotels it can be tough to achieve all of the above whilst maintaining an environment that younger children enjoy; but our 4 year old has a fabulous time due to the friendly staff and space to play (whether in our private area, kids pool, or kids club). We hired a car for the week, and whilst useful for a few excursions to the popular places to visit (Fira, Oia etc) in truth we used it very little as we loved being at the hotel, and Kamari had plenty to offer of an evening if you want a more relaxed evening not dodging people taking photos! Thank you to the Sandblu Team for making our stay amazing.

The Sandblu was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was exceptional and attentive. The front desk staff arranged the hotel van to take us to and pick us up from Oia. The pools were beautiful and the gym was extraordinary and included 3 Pilates reformers! The resort also provided plenty of complimentary water and the night turn down service included delicious chocolates! The spa was our favorite as guests could use the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room complimentary. It also had 4 really cool infrared type shower heads that offered different benefits and water streams. The chocolate croissant we had during breakfast on our last day was better than croissants I had in France. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the resort and there are plenty of bars and restaurants there. Another benefit is the hotel has designated cabanas and chair on the black beach. The front desk staff arranged for a cabana for us free of charge. The hotel van dropped us off at the beach and the staff at the cabanas called the hotel to come pick us back up once we were done. The hotel has thought of everything to make it an amazing and memorable experience for guests. Sandblu is a gem in a quieter part of Santorini and a must stay!

This property is absolute perfection. The villas, staff, pools, accommodation and transportation was impeccable. We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 6 and did not want to leave. Truly amazing experience.
