This charming cave apartment is in the heart of Oia & it sleeps 3 people. There is a bedroom with a traditional double bed, a living room with a large sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bath with shower & spa bath. Wi Fi in all areas (indoors-outdoors). The yard and the 2 levels of the rooftop garden are shared with Studio's & Cave' s guests. There is no direct view from the house because of the cave architecture but you can enjoy Oia's famous sunset view, the magnificent Caldera and Ammoudi port from our shared SANTORINI PARADISE sunset rooftop terrace, about 2 minutes walking distance, while tasting complimentary snacks and Santorini's wine!

The romantic rooftop terrace and the interior yard, full of flowers, are shared with Apartment's, Studio's and Cave' s guests; the entrance to the cave houses is through the yard. There is no view from the house however it's perfect to sit on the terrace with a book or a glass of wine enjoying St Dimitrios view!

The house is in the heart of old Oia. Very close to the center and away from all the hustle and bustle of the main street.The rooftop and outdoor garden are very peaceful and beautiful.
The location of the “APARTMENT” is suitable for our guests to reach Oia's main places of interest in a minute! Oia, this beautiful village, carved into the ash of the volcano more than 1,500 years ago, will receive you in one of its original, traditional cave houses.
People here dug their houses underground or into the cliffs to be protected from the wind, the cold, the summer sun and especially the earthquakes! This kind of architecture makes the village a unique place on the planet! The house, because of its singularity, has to be preserved exactly as it was originally!
In case you are more than 3 people and you need more bedrooms and bathrooms, there are also the Studio and the Cave, two beautiful cave houses with queen beds, kitchenettes, private hot tubs! They are just next door.

If you want to get away to relax, write and just enjoy the life of Santorini without feeling like a tourist, this cave APARTMENT is ideal. It has Wi Fi and A.C., although rarely needed as the house gets a nice breeze if you leave the windows open.
The house is 20 meters from shops, restaurants and 1-2 minutes walking distance from market, galleries and bus and 5 minutes from bus terminal. It is located in the old city of Oia near the Castle which is the famous 'Sunset Point' of Greece! It is also 2 minutes' walking distance from the Lounge Cafe Pool Bar “Lyogerma” and 10 minutes' drive from the three beaches that are near Oia.
The rate includes
1) A welcome assortment of bottled mineral water, wine and juice upon arrival.
2) 2) In our cave houses, we offer the following breakfast provisions: juice, honey, butter, peanut butter, merenda, 2 kinds of marmalade, a can of condensed milk, sugar, milk in individual portions, tea, 2-3 kinds of coffee, 2-3 kinds of cereal, cereal bars, toast, as well as fruits, yogurt, chocolates, smoked turkey, bread, cheese and biscuits, all packaged in portions following the instructions given by the WHO organization and the Greek Government. Enjoy breakfast on your private yard, with an amazing Caldera and sea view! In case you run out of one or more provisions, please let us know in advance in order to refill it.
There will be 2 bottles of mineral water in the fridge just to refresh you when you arrive. A Mini Market is opposite the KEP, our meeting point, just 20 meters before for your additional supply of water.
3) Maid service daily, change bath and beach towels every two days, change sheet every three days.
4) Satellite TV, Wi-Fi in all areas and Air Conditioning.
5) Private indoor SPA BATH functioning all year long.
6) By showing our card, you have discounts or free deserts to a few restaurants in Oia! For example you will be offered a desert with your meal at the picturesque & tasty "AMMOUDI restaurant" at Ammoudi port!

The cave house is in the heart of old Oia, 2 minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants, market, galleries and 5-7 minutes from the bus & taxi terminal. It is located in the old city of Oia near the Castle which is the famous "Sunset Point" of Greece! There is a free parking place 3 minutes walking distance from the house near the KEP (Citizen Service Center) and the POST Office of Oia.
There are no addresses in Santorini so we always define a meeting point which is at the Oia’s Citizen Service Center (K.E.P. in Greek), opposite Atlantis Dive Center. This is the closest spot to the cave house a car can drive.
TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:
Please, send us all the necessary information such as: flight number, airline, vessel’s
name, shipping company and exact time of arrival/departure. A driver will be waiting for you at
the gate holding a sign with your name. The transfer agent will drop you right at our meeting point. Our bellboy will meet you there right away.

Access to Beaches
If you like walking, you can go on foot to Ammoudi wild, lava beach by going down a number of stairs (about 250) but the few little picturesque taverns compensate you!
The house is 5 - 10 minutes' drive from the three beaches that are near Oia. There are many interesting places to go swimming, sandy or with volcanic rocks, all over the island.
