入住前已多次確認零晨航班到達可入住亦得到店方承諾,但到.達後竟無人接待尤如空城,有住客提供緊急聯絡電話,但多次致電及發訊息均沒有任何回應,我們由零晨一時等到早上八時才有職員回來,其間我們只能在露天地方等待,當時極之大風及寒冷等了7個小時,而職員只表示記錯日子,由於酒店位置不算便利,車不過直到門口,有幾十级斜路樓梯,我們沒法轉移到另一酒店,這是我們最慘痛的經歷！ 酒店房間偏小,浴巾不是每天換乾淨的,是三天才換一次,如想每天換乾淨的浴巾要每次付25歐元！沐浴液是試用裝,也不是每天補充的,安排給我們的戶外按摩池是不能運作的,用餐區在露天地方,風很大加上猛烈陽光無法朶避,餐卓坐椅極不穩固,今次旅程我以似借宿多於入住酒店,難忘的！

Originally I was supposed to stay at this hotel but due to the storm the property was damage. They were able to move me to another sister hotel near by in Oia, It was extremely gorgeous and it was an upgrade, but it didn't quite fit our trip. We reached out to the manager and she was able to accommodate us to another hotel. It was absolutely beautiful and stunning. The views we got from seeing the sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The breakfast was really good!! Definitely would come back again and stay with Sophia Hotels again!

The stay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but that wasn’t an issue since there are plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafés in town to choose from. We stayed 6 days. After a while you want something different for breakfast, so it was no fault to the property. One tip for travelers — take the local bus instead of a taxi or private car. The bus is clean, comfortable, and very reliable, costing only about €2 per person each way. In comparison, taxis and private transfers can run between $35–$45 one way, so the bus is definitely the smarter and more budget-friendly option. Altogether, a good trip.

Es war sehr laut in der Nacht aufgrund der Machine neben dem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind kleiner wie auf den Bilder und der Pool ist nicht am Zimmer angeschlossen. Zudem war der Pool sehr kalt und im Schatten. Wir hatten an zwei Morgen kein Strom im Zimmer. Das Frühstück kann man nicht selber zusammenstellen (Vorgabe-Menu). Wir würden es nicht nochmals buchen.

Positif dans l’ensemble mais quelques points à amélioré à mon avis. Le petite déjeuner est bien mais nous mettions chaque jours dans les notes que nous souhaitions un changement mais Celui-ci n’étais jamais effectuer sauf le dernier jour .. de plus Dans la description du petit déjeuner il y’a mentionner cookies banane , nous avons vue uniquement Les bananes … Le premier jour il y’a eut une coupure de courant , nous avons reçu le petit déjeuner sans café et sans explication , après avoir demander on nous a simplement dit qu’il n’y avais pas d’électricité donc pas de café .. ballot quand même. Eau de la piscine privé n’est pas à la température indiquer. La chambre a été faire tout les jours et ça c’est vraiment bien . Si vous souhaitez manger il y’a plein de restaurant autour ( Meze meze , finikia restaurant , lefkes) qui sont de bien meilleur qualité qu’à OIA et bien plus accessible . Malgre quelques petit couac nous recommandons cet hôtel

We stayed at this hotel last week and overall had a really great experience. The food was especially impressive — everything we tried was delicious and fresh. A big shoutout to the receptionist ladies, who were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Their friendliness really made a difference and added a personal touch.

Beautiful Views

The view was beautiful, and there were some pretty features such as the ceiling. Overall our experience was not great due to the service being not very hospitable, the furnishings old and not kept up, and less clean than expected. Rust on the hinges, black spots on the sink basin, very dirty outdoor lounge cushions. Would expect more for what we paid. The location is also a bit out of the way.

Great location within walking distance to Oia, in a quiet and safe area. The pool area is beautiful, with some rooms offering pools that overlook the ocean—very boho style and charming. The only downside was the water service: they mentioned they would refill the in-room water bottles daily, but during our two-day stay, this wasn’t done, even after I asked at reception. When we moved to a new room, the same issue happened. Aside from that, the staff was very nice and helpful. If you want to stay close to Oia without splurging, this is a solid option

Nightmare Honeymoon – Avoid This Hotel! Our honeymoon stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The hotel was almost impossible to find, with many uneven steps down a hill that make carrying suitcases extremely difficult. Our room was shocking: it smelled bad, the shower was broken, the balcony shutter didn’t work, and the room was never cleaned during our entire 4-night stay. The pool was cold, filthy, and eventually swarmed with insects. The website promised welcome drinks and a fruit platter, which we never received. When we raised all these issues, the staff were completely indifferent and offered no solutions. For the price we paid, this stay was unacceptable. We would strongly warn anyone against booking this hotel, especially for a special occasion.
