The trash was not emptied the entire time we were there. The place felt generally run down. They were very helpful with our luggage and the trek from the post office parking lot. The area nearby was beautiful with lots to see and do.

Absolutely amazing villa with breathtaking sunset view!!!! Everything was better then our expectations- starting with the warm welcoming from the owner, comfort beds, plenty of towels and conveniently located on the heart of all tourist attractions,shopping and dining. Sophie Privilege was above and beyond our expectations. We had the most magnificent view of the Santorini sunset from our own balcony. The staff is so efficient, excellent suggestions for tours and dining, communication was clear and prompt. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our family and friends.

Property is very unique and beautiful. Some minor updates to bathrooms are needed. The kitchenette would benefit with the addition of a small microwave oven. The ocean and sunset views from the balcony and terrace are spectacular.

My family of 4 loved the location and ample space in the Villa. Being able to sit out on the rooftop and terrace to watch the sunset while others struggle to find a spot to stand on the walkways was probably the benefit that stood out the most. The pre-check-in response times were a bit erratic, but ultimately didn't create any issues. They asked for the mandatory onsite fees to be paid in cash, so come prepared for that. While the property appears to have been updated fairly recently, it is showing some signs of wear both cosmetically and functionally. That said, I do believe they have adjusted their pricing to reflect this so we were still quite satisfied with the value we got from our stay. Again, the location and space were amazing. One last thing to note was the car transfer they set up to and from the airport. Our driver "got lost" the morning of our flight and we needed to send several messages to the transfer service to get this corrected. It delayed us 30 minutes, but we made our flight in plenty of time. While I expect that they simply contract this service out and this may have been the exception, rather than the rule, it was worth noting in case other guests of this property had similar issues with the service the property sets this up through.

The villa is perfect, very stylish and spacious and we had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and the view from the terrace! We had a panoramic view of the sea and the amazing sunset right in front of us! The location is ideal, in the village of Oia and walking distance from all shops and restaurants. We can't wait to visit again!

The villa is amazing! The location is perfect, right in the village of Oia, so close to the main road. The interior is very clean and spacious and we loved the total privacy of the indoor pool, there was also a gym and we had so much fun using the dj set in the villa, it was like having our own private party! The most amazing thing of all is the view from the private terrace! We had a full panoramic and unobstructed view of the Caldera and enjoyed every minute of the mesmerising world famous sunset in Oia! Last but not least, the staff was very polite and well informed, they gave us a warm welcome and helped with our luggage, they gave us a tour of the villa and answered all questions we had about the villa and the area. It was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely come back to stay and live this amazing experience again!
