Oh my gosh - the view of the caldera is spectacular!! And the hotel is within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good each morning. Highly recommend!

The views are amazing. Location is great to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Breakfast was good. Lots of stairs! Thank goodness they help with your luggage. The pool was a bit on the cold side so can’t spend much time in it!! Was still enjoyable to suntan on the deck. The room was spacious. The the bathroom shower was so amazing.

A continental breakfast with a variety would be nice.Instead of dessert It would be nice to have a shower curtain. So that the water don't mess the entire bathroom up. Property is not as described. Bellhop did not even offer to take our suitcase.We had to drag it up to hill by ourselves.Not friendly?No, hello, no good bye, no?How are you just eh and follow me. Room was average at best. No character and very basic! Reception staff was very friendly and informative.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location on the Caldera and you can enjoy amazing sunsets. It is conveniently located very close to shopping and restaurants. You cannot drive up to the hotel, so they do provide a bellboy to help you with your luggage. The property is clean and reasonably well maintained. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The staff are not very helpful. We booked a triple room for 3 people, but there was just 2 of everything provided. We asked for a third chair for the balcony twice, but never received one. Drinking water is not provided, you have to buy it.

The hotel is situated on the southern end of Fira. An easy 5 minute walk to the Alantis Hotel which is at the heart of Fira and a great spot for pics. It is importantly just an easy 10 minute walk from the Fira bus stop with suitcases. We used the public bus to and from the airport saving us a small fortune as the taxis are expensive on the isle. I used the pool and its 3 strokes per arm end to end. Breakfast represents great value for your expenditure. Its humble surrounds are blown away by the view of the Caldera. Staff were lovely. The chief reception lady was very cool and made me laugh inwardly each day with her vibe. I broke a cup at breakfast and it was dealt with efficiently as if nothing happened. Good value with great views and ideal for those using the bus.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful location, close to shops, good breakfast. Clean room, amazing pool (DJ music was perfect). Loved everything! There are a few stairs to get down to your room but what is Santorini without doing some stairs :)

Amazing hotel with beyond amazing views. Perfect distance to the city of Fira, and just minutes away from a bus/taxi station to catch busses or taxis to other parts of the island. The staff at the hotel were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room and balcony was really nice. The pool and the views from the pool were definitely the best part tho, and the pool bar service was great too! Would definitely recommend!

The best location to view sunset. The room, staff and breakfast were acceptable as a villa. It’s not a hotel. Clean pool and partially renovated rooms. Good location. A feedback to villa : please add screen to windows to prevent any flies come in.

Breakfast was 7/10 oranges ran out (two) after first two days. Excellent service for bag collection by nice Albanian man to help with luggage to and from room to clearly instructed car rental address nearby. Dimitri at pool provided the beats and cocktails. Views to die for

a stunning cliffside view.however if you have trouble climbing or descending many steps this is not the hotel for you. but absolutely gorgeous. Pool is nice too and breakfast a good spread.
