the perfect vacation. exactly what we wanted!!

Our host Alexio couldn't have been more accommodating. He showed us his beautiful island and all its charm. The Villa itself had all the comforts of home. We made use of the wonderful wood burning oven/ bbq pit. For some amazing local flavors. Sampling local wines and wonderful food with the spectacular backdrop of breathtaking sunsets. Multicolored beaches, and welcoming hospitality of local people. Alexio went above and beyond our expectations. This was much more than simply renting a vacation villa for 2 weeks. Excellent stay! Alexios is a great host and has many wonderful suggestions on activities and dining. He also keeps his villa in great condition. He definitely went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

A home away from home

We didn't know which we loved more, the villa or it's owner Alexios. The home is very practical, well equipped and it's location is in Akrotiri, close to the world famous archeological sites. It is close enough to thira but it is far enough from the crowds, an oasis for sure. Alexios takes great pride in his property and it shows. You will feel like it is your own home. He is also one of the most helpful owners we have ever encountered. We ourselves are HomeAway owners and we are overly pleased with our stay at the Villa.
