Almost perfect. Apart from minor issues such as the non provision of bathrobes (website suggests these are provided) and the lack of a spoon to make your tea/coffee, the accommodation and team running the suites were first class. The issue that makes the accommodation slightly less than perfect was the noise from the nearby busy road (main route to the red beach and archaeological site) as it was constant during day time hours. Stayed in the honeymoon suite which faces the road and it may be that the other rooms are shielded from the incessant ‘quad bike’ noise. Would definitely stay again (in a different room) as everything apart from the road noise, it was perfect.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in unserer Suite! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, das Pool vor allem mit der Whirlpool-Funktion war super! (Man muss etwas aufpassen mit Sonnencreme wenn man in den Pool geht, unsere hellen Bikinis wurden leider etwas grün) Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, die Handtücher erneuert und die Betten gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Matthew war unkompliziert und er ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Man konnte ihn problemlos innerhalb weniger Minuten per Whatsapp erreichen (: Auch die restlichen Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Gegend ist vergleichsweise ruhig gelegen und man erreicht jeden Teil der Insel problemlos mit dem Auto.

Enjoy Santorini with great people and facility

My family had perfectly satisfied through Vineyard hotel. We were provided the best service and local information during our staying. Especially, Mr. Matthew, as manager of this hotel, is a great expert for this business field. During my staying, I had relaxing time at here with silent surrounding, and had great time with family with much talk and small dancing with them.

Ultimate private relaxation

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave it’s just perfect, rooms and private pools are more beautiful than the pics. A lovely local village is on your doorstep, stunning views of Caldera a one min walk away, Matthew who Manages the site is amazing from bookings in restaurants, transport and spas, to bringing amazing pancakes in the morning. We will definitely be back again.

We loved our stay at Vineyard Exclusive Suites! The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great choice of breakfast options. The village of Akrotiri is a couple of minutes walk away and has a good range of restaurants to choose from and a few different shops. Our host Matthew was amazing - he helped us arrange transport and gave us some fantastic recommendations on where to visit around the island. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

Beautiful property with lovely staff. Mathew was so helpful and kind. The property is in a quaint area, not the same hustle and bustle as Fira and Oia. It’s closer to the beaches where we took a catamaran around. Rent an ATV if you need to get around and explore.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à la Vineyard Exclusive Suite ! L’endroit est absolument magnifique : suite spacieuse, décorée avec goût, piscine privée idéale pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. On profite vraiment du calme, loin de l’agitation, tout en étant proche des plus beaux sites d’Akrotiri et des plages. Un immense merci à Mathieu et sa famille, qui sont aux petits soins. Leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs attentions font toute la différence. On se sent immédiatement comme à la maison, mais dans un cadre de rêve. Un vrai coup de cœur, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. ❤️

Vineyard Exclusive Suites was a fantastic choice! The room was beautiful, always clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The property is in a serene location right next to the ruins of Akrotiri, the red beach, and caldera beach. A perfect spot to escape from the chaos of Fira and Oia! The property manager, Matthew, and his family were so welcoming and helpful. They pointed us to our favorite restaurants and were always happy to make reservations for us. And the breakfast each day was always delicious and a perfect way to start each day. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent location away from the main town busyness yet close enough to drive. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Matthew, he made our trip much more affordable and interesting with his advices & tips about car rental, the city, supermarket, restaurants through out the island. Loved the private pool and one of the best omelette I have tasted away from home. Would definitely recommend this location to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. I was blown away by this stay! My husband and I booked vineyard for one night so that we could be in close proximity to horseback riding in Akotiri and Kayaking in the local area we had booked. Upon arrival, Matthew, the property manager/owner greeted us warmly, sat with us for almost a full hour to discuss our stay, not only at Vineyard, but for the next 4 days when we explored other parts of Santorini. He helped us book a boat ride around the island, arranged for taxis for us, gave us countless recommendations, as well as checked in on us via whatsapp throughout our stay in case we needed anything and to see if his recommendations went well. Customer service was great 10/10. He was basically our travel agency for the trip! Booking the stay at Vineyard was worth it just for our interaction with Matthew. Further, our room was beautiful, very cool considering the summer heat, and our made-to-order continental breakfast was superb! Would highly recommend staying here, especially considering it is close to so many wonderful activities on the island

Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Dream Vacation at Vineyard Estates – August 2025 From the moment we booked, Matthew, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless. Before we even arrived, he personally coordinated transportation from the airport straight to the villa, which set the tone for the excellent hospitality we received all week. One of the things I appreciated most was how accurate the property description was. Too often in my past travels, I’ve found that the photos and details don’t always match reality — but Vineyard Estates exceeded expectations. Not only were the pictures of the inside and outside of the villa completely accurate, but the distances listed were spot on as well: the beach was truly just a short walk away, and the food mart, shopping, and restaurants were only minutes from the villa. That honesty and transparency made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — close enough to everything we wanted to experience, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like our own oasis. Saving the best for last: Matthew provided true 5-star service. His communication was outstanding from start to finish — responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our vacation one for the books. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greece at Vineyard Estates. This was truly a dream vacation!!
