「I had an amazing stay at skyfall luxury suites! The staff were very helpful. Housekeeping came by everyday. I ordered room service and the food/service was exceptional! I book a couple of massage sessions and it exceeded my expectations! This is a must! Also you can utilize the spa amenities for a reasonable fee, definitely recommend. The views surrounding the property are breathtaking! I cannot wait to visit again!」

「早餐還不錯，但老闆沒有詢問入住隔天的第一次早餐，所以沒吃到很可惜，第三天早餐也沒有提供水果，是我們自己超市買的水果，感覺有點遺憾。 雖然是強調禁菸房，但客房的毛巾一直有菸味，更新之後還是有菸味，可以改善。」

「Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.」

「We booked a sunset view suite. The view is nice with a jacuzzi. However, the water is not hot enough in my opinion. The hotel is quiet and clean overall speaking. We love the breakfast area and the poolside. The walk to Santo Mine is just a few minutes and relaxing. We enjoyed staying in Santo Pure. 」

「10 out of 10. The room is very clean, the equipment is new and comfortable. Especially all the staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in Greece, I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Fira as long as they don't mind the lack of views.」
